Docusign CLM Files supported in Salesforce Mobile app

Customer gets the error message "Docusign CLM files supports only the Desktop form factor" when they try to use the CLM Files widget in the SalesForceDC mobile version. Attached screenshot The legacy FileIt (CLM.CM) widget was used before in the mobile version within issues before migrating to the updated CLM product.
