I’d like to suggest that email recipients have a link in their reminder email to turn them off.Customers who don’t want to sign contracts get annoyed by the reminders. It would save the send a lot of time if the recipient could turn it off via a link. Clutter-bug
I have a csv file that is updated in a workflow in CLM. Step APPEND TEXT DOCUMENT is used. There needs to be a way to sort this scv file after an add.
Hi! We would like to suggest creating a link to be sent to the subscriber who is pending subscription, as they often say that they did not receive the email to sign and sending the link for the person to access and sign would facilitate the process.
I am the DocuSign Administrator for my company, and all my users are complaining and hating (I know its a strong sentiment but that is what they are saying) the new UI.Before Attribute updating was a lot easier, simpler to see all attachments linked to a document, even approving final document was simpler. Everything seems to be hi8dden, so wondering what was the reason beh8ind the madness?
When a customer receives an envelope from us and signs/completes it, we would request a way to be able to capture the customer’s geolocation & have this information transmitted to us via an API/Webhook. This will help us in solving for fraudulent signups and investigate potential complains when it comes to disputes/other regulatory issues.
We would find it beneficial to be able to capture a summary of the changes made to a document as part of the red-lining process when red lining has finished and the document is passed over to eSignature for signatures.
Currently, within the Salesforce integration, CLM Files requires the Account or Opportunity name to be used as the folder name. This configuration generates validation errors when the name contains special characters or exceeds 100 characters, which limits usability and causes a direct impact on CRM operations.Suggestion:Allow the folder name to be customizable in the Salesforce integration, enabling the use of other Salesforce fields — for example, the object ID (AccountId/OpportunityId) — instead of the textual name.Benefits of this change: Prevents validation errors due to excessive length or special characters. Ensures consistency in document storage between Salesforce and CLM. Improves the integration between Salesforce and CLM by reducing the impact of Account and Opportunity name changes. Provides flexibility for companies to adapt the configuration to their specific Salesforce processes.
How does DS not have the ability to attach any other file type than PDF. This is common sense Please review and enhance WITHOUT charging...this is standard business use...and it is baffling to me that it isn’t already available.
Some ideas for improving the CLM Workflows editor interface:Grids / snaps for visual elements - for those of us with an intrinsic need to have graphical elements aligned and placed precisely. Sheet connectors - allow for connectors to be used to simplify and beautify connecting one point on-screen to another, especially necessary for steps with multiple paths.
Select party pop-up windowI have a CLM form 3rd party upload at document generation. When I choose the form with actions it will ask for a party automaticly. The text in the pop-up window is not correct. Generate AgreementIn order to generate a document you need to choose which party this document is associated with. The select party pop-up is an out of the box popup and cannot be customized. Can you enhance the verbiage of the select party pop-up?And it should also be translated to Dutch when the language setting is not English. In Docusign CLM, the system automatically displays the Select Party pop-up.This pop-up is currently out-of-the-box and cannot be customized — the text always refers to generating an agreement (e.g., “In order to generate…”).In our use case, this pop-up appears even though no document is being generated; the user is simply uploading an existing agreement. As a result, the current message is misleading and causes confusion for end users.Requested Enhancement:Add the ability to customize or configure the text and labels of the Select Party pop-up window, for example: Change the instructional message (“In order to generate…”) to context-specific text (e.g., “Please select or create a party before uploading an agreement”). Allow different messages per Action type (e.g., Document Generation vs. Upload). Optionally hide or modify elements (title, help text) within the pop-up.
I don't see a place to take a dashboard in dev and migrate it to PROD. Please advise. I shouldn't have to recreate it in prod. Either include it in the deployment package/or provide the ability to download and upload.
Hello!I have an idea for an improvement for CLM. I was wondering if there is an option to customize the information we see when we go into a specific folder in CLM. I searched support resources and reached out to the support team. I was informed this is not possible at the moment. But maybe I can post an ‘Idea’ and it could get picked up for future releases. The reason I ask this is because we have several requests being stored in the same folder in CLM. And along with each of those requests, there can be several related supporting documents. However, when you get into the specific folder in CLM, we don't have the same customize option as we do on the search results screen. When you go a general search of CLM, you have the ability to customize the view by using the 'Customize Column' gear menu. Here we can add the 'agreement id' attribute to show which documents go with which request. However, when you click into the specific folder. There is a customize option called the 'Customize Grid', with a little wrench symbol. But when you click into it, we don't have the option to add attributes, other than the ones that are provided. I was wondering if the specific folder view could be customizable like the search results screen. This would make it a lot easier for us when we are researching documents in our CLM repository. Maybe other CLM customers will find this helpful as well.Thank you!
Task views would be more useful if custom attributes could be added as a column rather than the standard, pre-set options only being available.
Previously a user could tab to the next field to be completed. This has changed and now when a user uses the tab function to move down through the form, they land on the next field's title, not the fillable field. This increases the number of clicks and reduces efficiency.
