My company is Firefighter’s First Credit Union. When Delivering a Text Message it Reads “Firefighters from Firefightersfirst… wants to send you a Docusign evevelope:” This sounds silly and is incorrect. We are not Firefighters, we are a Credit Union. This should read “Firefighters First CU wants to send you a Docusign”. I believe that other companies would want their brands correctly represented within this text and believe that at least this section should be editable. Thank you.

Thanks Jenny. I was able to make our SMS text messages look slightly better by
changing the companies Account Name in the Account Profile. Until we have a
better solution, this will do for now.

Thanks for sharing this idea with us, @CherieM. We’ve reviewed it and appreciate the thought behind it. At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked. While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.
