Copy Access for Partially Signed Documents

Allow users to access and obtain a copy of a document that has been partially signed. This feature ensures that users can retrieve documents even if not all signatures have been completed.

the recipient register an account then can download the documents. but suggest enable the watermark and let the user know the envelope is not completed.
