If a signer has opened the envelope but experiences issues to sign the document, the envelope is totally blocked and the document cannot be signed anymore by another signer. We have already tried to correct the envelope and replace the first signer by another signer but also in this case the envelope is still blocked and so also the new signer cannot sign the document anymore and the envelope has to be voided.
Is there any possibility to have a button in DocuSign to assign the envelope to another signer and release/unblock the envelope again to sign?
