Although admins can run a delivery failure report and interrogate the ‘Failed Reason’ - to determine why the sending failed and propose a solution - it would be great for the average tech-agnostic admin to quickly understand why an envelope failed to be delievered...an example would be:

If I enable TLS Encryption, but the recipients email server cannot ‘accommodate’ either TLS 1.3 or 1.2...the failed reason is quick and easy to interpret - i.e. “Recipients Email Server is not configured to accept below TLS 1.2”...OR “Recipients email server has not been configured to accept (i.e. Whitelist) the DocuSign IP Address range”

Hope that made sense?!

Thanks for sharing this idea with us, @Mike Beveridge. We’ve reviewed it and appreciate the thought behind it. At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked. While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.
Thanks again for contributing your input.
