Options to Restrict Editable Fields for Witness

Currently when allowing the Witness to view all the information on the document, this also gives authority for the Witness to amend any fields by default, yes changes will trigger the workflow back to the applicant however it would be great to have an Option for Witness to be Restricted to View Only Form Details & access to complete/ sign only where required. 

Therefore ensuring the fields cannot be amended by the Witness whilst allowing the Witness to view the entire document being Witnessed.

Regarding the scenario related to View Only access, this can be configured through our Needs to View or Carbon Copy recipient actions. However, this will provide the recipient to full access to the envelope starting from the point of the signing order where they were placed.

To restrict recipient access to documents, you will want to look into our Document Visibility feature. Nevertheless, it’s important to take into consideration that manager recipient and non-signing recipient types will still retain full access to all documents.
