    We have seen cases where users would benefit from the ability to look for certain search values across just the text/body of documents in the system, while ignoring any returns that may be from attribute data (when using standard CLM search functionality). A filter or other type of search option that could allow looking only in the text of contracts in our database would be useful for our internal teams.

    I would like to propose the idea that it’s possible to search by folder from the searchbar (and not first after having made an initial search).We are often using our searchbar but mostly we need to search for folders and not documents. Currently it’s not possible to default settings to seach for folders. This would be very benefitial to us and make the workflow a lot more smooth instead of having to make a seach then choose to view both documents and folders. We suggest to either make an option to choose to search by folders from the searchbar or to make it an option to search for folders, folders and documents or only documents as default in the accounts settings. I would imagine other companies than ours would benefit from this!

    Template creationIdea Submitted

    Hi there. I need to create a few Templates for multiple users and it seems a few issues.Dropdown menu is not available from pre-field. Instead, its available for user. Arrow, to select from dropdowns, works with delay. I clicked about 10 times before its offered me a list to chose from. Text from prefield is not fixed and user can move it around page, why? Another Template will require to insert little screenshot (as from Sniping Tool). Not able to Paste and Add attachment is not situatable for this form (should be on one page with the data). Drawing is not available in porefield as well if use for screenshot as well.  and the last, creating Envelope - Use Template and Upload supportive documents. If user uploads email from Outlook, it looses some of its formatting as logo and some text converts to basic. Hard to read. (Cases 15360039 & 15529089)

    Hi everyone,We’ve been consistently running into error messages when trying to use e-Signature across multiple browser sessions. This behavior has been quite limiting and it's proving to be both frustrating and time-consuming in day-to-day use.Support mentioned that the engineering team currently considers this an enhancement request rather than a bug. However, from our perspective, this really seems like unexpected behavior. It’s not intuitive, and definitely doesn’t align with how modern web applications are expected to function.Has anyone else encountered this limitation?

    CLM: Surface Document Version Number in Metadata and Workflow XMLIdea Submitted

    Customers need a way to measure activity on documents -One measure is workflow time (start to finish).You log workflow stages and report on that.But another quick metric to review would also be the document version, where higher version numbers imply more rework.Several customers have also expressed and interest in logging changes made during certain phases of a process.Without access to the document version - it is difficult to perform these analysis.These are just a handful of use cases where access to this data could prove useful.

    Capability to scroll in Document Generation Preview in iPadIdea Submitted

    Currently in document generation preview when generated on an iPad, users are not able to scroll past the first page. This means that they are having to generate the document and then generate a new one if any edits are needed to be made. The preview capability of the entire document when generating a document on iPad will save a lot of time for field reps with iPads onsite.

    "Link to Next Step" not working for the "Choose Users" step in Document ReviewerIdea Submitted

    In Document Reviewer viewing format "Link to Next Step" functionality is not working when a Reference Document is selected for the "Choose Users" step.When selecting a routing option that leads to a "Choose Users" task, "Link to next step" functionality does not redirect me to the task window.     Allow Different oAuth configurations for different appsIdea Submitted

    My organisation has multiple development environments (qa, uat, demo), etc. Each environment has a different OAuth tenant, and a different audience URL. However, Docusign Connect can only be configured for a single OAuth tenant, shared by every app. This makes it impossible for me to listen to events generated by a specific app for a specific environment. This is a huge problem for our development process.

    Sometimes tables in form need multiple 10s of rows during docgen, however it’s currently not possible to just copy paste from the excel or csv file rows. Something similar to how data is imported into Salesforce, i.e. upload and map columns to table can make the process much user friendly.One solution as of now is to create a workflow where input document (excel or csv) can be processed but the columns have to be configured in advance and have to be static (to the best of my knowledge).

    CLM - Enable filtering by user group on CLM user reportsIdea Submitted

    In CLM, any report that based on users has only one filtering option - to exclude deleted users.  We would like to use a user report to list users in a group of approvers, however, we have no capability to filter the list to the users in a particular user group.  We would like to be able to limit the list to users in a user group.   The list is then used to populate a list of values in a form field.

    The text box colors have changed from blue and yellow to blue and pink and now to blue and green. Blue and green are too close in color. When a text box is not a required box, so not filled in, it is just outlined. The colors blue and green are too close to always distinguish. Please adopt two colors with more contrast.

    Ability to Change Document Size in Document ReviewerIdea Submitted

    Currently, in the new Document Reviewer window, the document is very large. Adding a zoom feature would help in the online review process. Currently the only options available to see more of the document are to zoom the web browser page or download the document. Changing the web browser size makes it hard to see the attributes, activities, etc. Downloading the document defeats the purpose of an online review and opens the possibility to not having the correct version in the system.

    CLM Release - CLM Tasks and Document ViewIdea Submitted

    In reviewing the CLM release for Document View, I’ve noticed there are additional steps when sending for external review or signatures.It was significantly better when as a task, the submitter receives the document after approvals to send for signature to have the document in full view.Instead now the task shows a window with activity on the right and the document(s) as link. The submitter will now need to select the link to view the document as it opens in document view. This extra step may have been acceptable, but to select continue or sending for signatures, and the page reverts back to the page with the links.  And yet another step to select to continue sending for signatures . These extra steps seem very redundant. I believe it is much easier for a user to receive the task in document view and continue with their next step. It’s a cleaner process to revert back. This is the same process when sending for external review.  Any thoughts on this?  I’m curious to know why this feature would change and is there a thought of reverting back to the document view with these tasks?I’ve also noticed that when a task is completed it does not revert back to the task menu or dashboard. I would also note this is an extra step for approvers. Thank you and look forward to hearing thoughts on this.Sharon

    Hello We are using Apex tool kit to send envelopes in a automated way. But we get requests from customers to Resend the Envelopes one more time.Is it possible to send it from salesforce it self rather than Logging in Docusign Account each time.
