‘Sign (they stopped using my full name, so I guess they just want to use last names, regardless of how rude it sounds) no longer gives me the option to Cancel my account. Instead, they continuously charge my credit card. This means that if I let the available credit slip below what ‘Sign wants to charge me, I will then be charged that amount - even though I do not use their service. For the love of your greater deity (if you have one) - how do you get ‘Sign to stop charging you or otherwise let them know you no longer need their services?Thanks!Sean

How to Lock Recipient Name option prevents recipients from changing their name when adopting a signature?

I am using a Mac desktop with the latest IOS Version of Sequoia 15.5. I go onto the car website with Safari to fill out purchase agreements for real estate and then when I try to send them to Docusign it opens up a new window like always but then I get this code“You have attempted to access a restricted URL. If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact your internal system administrator . Transaction Id: 0437242e-388a-4af6-ad16-adef839229cc”I have cleared all cookies and caches, I have allowed pop up windows to open up. I don't know why I keep getting this code. Then when I us my Apple laptop It opens up just fine. Im looking for some help here on what the problem could be on my desktop.

The last time someone sent me a document to sign on Docusign, the system made me create an account - though I already had an account. There were errors, but because the document was created by someone else, I couldn’t correct them. I have a professional name and a legal name. This document had to be signed with my professional name.One of the mistakes was that the document contained my legal name. I emailed the other party and asked them to correct the document. They did, but now, because my account was created using my legal name, Docusign kept auto populating the corresponding signature - though that was no longer the name/info on the document.Second problem is that the signature always comes through teeny tiny with no way to control its size - unlike say markup in PDF.Third problem is that the Docusign authenntication header covered/masked the top line of the document making it unreadable.The addition of that header also threw off the pagination so that the information at the foot o

Hello.I do a ton of long form subcontracts that are 40 or more pages. Each page requires the initials of both the sub and the contractor. I have to manually assign each and every page. Is there a way to do this quicker?  Thank you!

I am trying to create a check box in a document, utilizing docusign for e-sign. I have this set up in docusign: \YesCheckbox{r}\and I have this on my document \YesCheckbox1\ when document is launched in Workday, no check box comes up. Signature/print name/date work just fine with the anchor text. What set up might I be missing? 

Is it possible to redact a file in Docusign once a file has been signed. Example is that if we have a data access request, can we redact files in Docusign instead of doing the whole PDF redaction bit?

Just as title says. I am looking to cancel after accidentally upgrading to a new plan. I did not know you guys hide the downgrades when selecting plans. I have been with docusign for three years; what happened to the customer service at this company? This is absolutely ridiculous.I’d like to cancel my plan, I’m within 30 days of purchasing it and it’s a yearly subscription so I’d like a full refund. As of the past few days, I am receiving the message, ‘no results found’ when I enter an email address in the search bar for completed documents. However, I can find the document if I scroll through the pages of completed files that are listed.  Why is this occurring all of the sudden?  It is making it difficult to recall signed files that I need to retrieve.

When I have more than one copy recipient, an error will be reported. it will tips “The specified envelope has duplicate recipients”

When sending to an Agent, DocuSign presents a popup allowing the agent to provide name and email of the recipient along with a Private Message to the customer.Is there a way to disable this feature? We would rather not want Agents to be allowed to send private messages. When the customer receives the DocuSign document and they open it, they are presented with an Electronic Disclosure popup, where the same Private Message is placed on this popup and saying it is coming from the User Account of the one sending the document and not from the Agent that placed the actual message. Is there a way to not have the Private message on the Disclosure, and if not can it be configured to say that it came from the Agent rather than the User Account?

My company uses DocuSign to complete legal applications related to foster parent licensing. Since there are so many required documents, we break them into “packets” of multiple documents to be completed in stages. A staff member wanted to know if it was possible for a recipient to return a packet even if not all of the forms are complete. I imagine this could be accomplished by making all the fields optional, though this would likely result in a large number of forms being completed erroneously. If anyone has any ideas on how to better structure our envelopes, I would be grateful. Thank you.

My docusign webhook api calls work in developer account but they fail in prod account giving me KeyErrors in prod. Hi everyone,I'm using the eSignature REST API v2.1 and enabling "transformPdfFields": true to automatically convert PDF AcroForm fields into DocuSign tabs.What I’ve noticed is:In the original PDF, some text fields are center-aligned.After transformation, those fields become left-aligned, and there seems to be no way to restore the original alignment.My questions:Is there a current way (via tab properties or metadata) to re-align or preserve the original alignment of transformed fields?Is there a plan to allow alignment options (left, center, right) on transformed tabs in the future?Thanks!  

How can I make it so that the people I share access with on DocuSign can only see the documents I’ve sent for signature, and not the ones I’ve received to sign?

Hi Everyone!Situation:I have the Document ID already saved. Using this ID, I would like to retrieve the document from the Document folder into the CLM Flow, and then combine it with the current PRAM document using the "Combine Documents" step in DocuSign CLM.Could you please guide me through the steps to accomplish this? Any suggestions? 

I'm trying to get a document signed remotely, and DocuSign and IDNow can't seem to figure out the new US passport. My husband's passport is still the last edition, with the paper pages, and his passport was accepted and verified immediately. I recently renewed mine, and it has the hard plastic "page" with my information on it, and when I try to take a picture of it, DocuSign tells me to get a better picture, use a different angle, etc... I tried using my husband's phone since he had no issue, but to no avail. We both tried our driver's licenses first, and those had the same issue as I'm having with my passport. Is there a solution to this?

Hey guys!I’m getting this error: “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” when we try to send more envelopes using our Developer account. Seems to be a known issue but I couldn’t find a solution for it. We sent 1000 testing envelopes this month, so I’m wondering if “Unlimited” actually means 1000.  Does anybody knows?
