New To Community and Need Some Guidance for my Company Website

Greetings DocuSigners! My name is Kristen and I own a property management company. I had previous DocuSign experience as a manager in the aviation industry for several years, so when I started my current company over 10 years ago, I knew I wanted to use the product for all lease applications, management agreements, leases, vendor items, communications, checklists and much more. 

However, after building all of these forms for sometime, they are now becoming time-consuming and cumbersome, and not mobile-friendly, even though DS offers the options, the failure rate for the end-user is discouraging. 

Here is my current need, and wonder if this could actually be done. I want my website to be able to offer:

  1. Easy to use, rental application, with ability to upload applicant drivers license, proof of income, pet info, etc. 
  2. A syndication of all of my available rentals. Most current apps are not compatible
  3. A way for contractors to apply or make bids on our website
  4. A better form than WIX to use for owners/clients, to give their info about their properties and to hire us. 

I have a few more, but the most important is the rental application, and its ability to be EASY for the mobil phone user. A majority of those wanting to apply for our homes use their phones, and DocuSign fields and such are always causing issues, and not showing up well on their screens. I would rather use my website as in times past, but with DocuSign security and such. 

Please know that I am very tech savvy and have used many options and built ins formerly, but they just aren’t working as well as before. So I am humble and open!
