Hi, we are trying to assign Admin roles and need to know if DS Admin can view and download all envelopes? When we test the DS Admin role, it seems like the access does not allow us to view and download any documents / envelopes sent out and signed by our company users unless shared access is granted. If User resigns and we don’t have access to their envelopes, then the documents will be lost forever?PS: We are not using CLM.

We are rolling out Dayforce and paid for the DocuSign IAM Professional package. We were asked to create a Developer account to demo the application during testing. We have set up the external integration in Dayforce to point to the admin user account and id and base URL. Everything was working. Now Dayforce is Live and we were instructed to go into Dayforce external integrations and Click for oAth Setup and Export Tokens. Clicked and it now matches the tokens in the External Integration area in DF and our DocuSign account information in Apps and Keys. However it is not working. I am not sure if we need to do something else?

 I have paid for an order( Please see details below). I accidentally paid for two users when I wanted to pay for one. How can we correct this? I also need an invoice issued to the company and not to myself. How do I correct this? Eu utilizo o docusign para assinar documentos de maneira individual, não utilizo para outros meios e desde ontem não consigo mais fazer assinaturas dos meus documentos alegando que já utilizei toda a cota.Eu não consigo suporte, apenas por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus documentos, alguém está com o mesmo problema? I use Docusign to sign documents individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota.I can't get support, only through here.I've been using the system for over 4 years only to sign my documents. Hi all, I am looking to modify the email resource file to have additional footer in all the email sent, I copied the EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody and EnvelopeActivation_PlainTextBody data tag from the master resource file to a custom file i created and added the footer, but the mail that comes post after placing the xml file in brand is raw format, any other change that we would need to make to send the mails in proper format

I am just wondering what Is the best way to create a form and share this as a link on a ‘welcome email’ that anyone with the link can fill out? As opposed to having to email each new client individually. 

Hi there,Newby question - Are there any Docusign add-ins available for MS Outlook or common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or MS Edge? I installed all needed libraries, including the one for ds types. It’s been extremely difficult to use. I haven’t been able to find working examples. I am at a loss. We are wanting to add a privacy policy to the end of all envelopes we send for our company we have received some from other firms that have this but after searching the support section i wasn't able too find anything. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?Thanks

i have created the developer account in the docusign for e-signature api but it automatically deleted after 2 days every time, and try to login so getting the error no accout found and also integration is deleted, so how to fix it. 

Hi, We have DocGen and have a Dutch and English version of a document and we want the merge fields to merge in with the right translation or right format like currency and date. One of the fields that needs to be merged is a picklist and we translated it in the translation workbench. However, when we select the Dutch Locale it still shows the English translation and not the Dutch.  For some fields (currency or date) you can set the Date Format  But since this is a picklist I cannot.   

I'm working on integrating DocuSign connect with Laserfiche I need to Provide DocuSign field names however, these fields, don't exist on my templates for the following data points: Document Name:Document Date:Document Worker:How would I provide field names to collect this data?Do these fields need to be added to each template? If so, is there an automated way to populate these fields and have them hidden? 

One of our users sent a document to a provider for signature.  Instead of completing the documents electronically, they downloaded and wet signed the document, then gave the physical copy back to the sender. Is there a way for the Sender to upload those documents to the envelope to complete it out?  Or does it have to be the recipient that has to do the upload?  Sender didn’t want to void it out but he doesn’t want it sitting open as incomplete either.  Your help is appreciated!Thanks,Ann

Hello, Our paralegals would like to be able to see each others drafts/prepped but unsent documents.Beside sharing login info, is there a setting that would allow that? 

Upon uploading the file I would like to have signed, it appears to be broken and Docusign cannot show a preview or allow me to place any of the necessary fields onto the document. Has anyone had this issue before?  

I recently sent a document that has been viewed, but not signed by anyone. I had to make a correction and was able to replace the document. When I went to hit the final button saying “Correct”, a pop up said that I used all my envelopes (which I have). So, question is, am I able to correct/replace a document within an existing envelope (unsigned) without using or creating a new envelope?Thanks!

Good morning,I am creating a flow in Power Automate, in which signatures several documents in a single envelope, I have not been able to find a way to attach them all in a single envelope.-Usually they are envelopes of 10 to 15 documents.-The names of the documents always change.Initially I tried to use OneDrive, then SharePoint, but I can't get it to take all the documents in the same envelope.I really appreciate your support, thank you

Due to our Email security all external Emails are tagged letting the user know it’s an external Email.  I would like to know if anyone has had success in somehow identifying Docusign Emails destined to internal users as an “internal” Email.  I’m trying to remove the security banner so my internal users don’t think Emails from Docusign are spam/phishing Emails, as seen in the red box in this screenshot.Docusign support has been less than helpful.  

I have a docs file to sign about 246 pages, normally it works but starting from yesterday it only loads me the first 30 pages, then it is showing loading from page 30 onwards, so I can't click the Sign button. There is no change after 5 minutes so I think it is a bug and not a network issue. I also tried in incognito mode, VPN off/on but same result. There is no change from our code, we are using Auto-place with anchorString to auto place the sign tags.You can watch the attached video to see the detailed description of the bug

We have integrated DocuSign for a multi-signer workflow with 3 signers using our Node.js application. In most, cases, the signing process work as follows:Signer 1 → Signer 2 → Signer 3 (all signers complete the document one after the other)This is working fine for scenarios where all 3 signers are required.However, we have a specific use case where:1. After Signer 1 completes the signing, we need to  update the second signer’s information dynamically and Skip Signer2(in certain conditions).   Continue directly to Signer 3 to collect their signature2. In other cases, we want to proceed as usual, where all 3 signers complete the document in sequence.Questions:1.
