Decline option

Hi,

We have a problem with the option to decline to sign, using the python sdk with sms authentication, we still have the decline button even when adding the property in to the DocuSign_SignResource file and add the file in the brand admin.

In addition, as soon as we click on the decline button, the signature is rejected without any reason being given.

Do you have a solution?

If you are using Brands, the Envelope-level settings can be overridden by brand settings, so it’s important to ensure that both are in sync.

We have only one Brand in the settings, how did we know if the are sync ? I tried to add brand id when i create envelope with the SDK but it doesn’t work.

Where did you upload your XML?

Also, the Signing Settings and the Brand Settings need to be in sync.

Hi @JohnSantos,

Sorry, but i’ll try to upload the xml but the button is not hide.

This is my screen in french, the button name’s “REFUSER” is for decline. I can’t remove it, any other idea ?
