Hi everyone, i get this following message when clicking Open Docusign in Add Recipients pop up on Dynamics 365 integrationSystem.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed. I already created the DocSign User record, and User Validated already set to Yes. Thank you

Is it possible to remove the options below from an envelope on creation?  We don’t want our users to use this (force them to use AES/QES) and removing the option is the more effective method to achieve this.

Hi, I am generating a document in Google Docs where I add variables like {{NAME}}, {{EMAIL}}, etc. Then I export that file (PDF) and send it using the DocuSign API.The envelope sends successfully, but the variables are not getting replaced by the values I pass in the API. The final document still shows {{NAME}} instead of the actual name.I am confused: Is Google Docs the correct place to create documents with variables for DocuSign? Does DocuSign support the {{NAME}} syntax, or does it require special tags? What is the correct way to insert fields (merge fields / tabs) so that the values I send in the API appear inside the document?  After changing my development account to a production account, the last step was to get this authorization code. I allowed access (granted permission) and tested it in Postman. I keep receiving this 400 error “Invalid Grant” “ Unauthorized Client”.  Has anyone encountered this error before?

I'm new here. When I use email to send signature request emails, I want to modify the style of the emails that users see. I have only found how to modify the color, subject, and email description, but there are many things I can't seem to modify, such as the text on the button, the text description for requesting signatures, etc. Are those can be modified?

Hello there,i have installed the DocuSign Integration for Dynamics 365 via App Source. I have enabled Oauth and Sharepoint. The Documents are availabe. Now when trying to “Sign with DocuSign” or “Get Signatures” I get the follwig Error: 0x80040265 Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth. I can't send a document for multiple recipients to sign because of the error "Your account isn't authorized to set the Allow Comments option." I don't see or want to enable comments, but that doesn't send the document for signature. Thanks.

We usually send envelopes that are signed by several people. Whenever a person has signed, we receive an email confirmation.We would prefer to receive the confirmation email with the final document only after all signatures have been completed. This setting is not yet possible. Would it be possible to implement this in the near future? Thank you very much and best regardsConstantin Heers

Hello - I have a custom integration that scans the Sent folder of a processor’s account for a completed document and moves it to another custom folder.If I click the custom folder, it shows the folder ID in the URL: https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?folder={folderID}.  However for the Sent folder, it only shows https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?view=sentYears ago the URL showed as it does with the custom folder with the folder ID, but now it now longer does.  How do I find the folder ID of the Sent folder?  I am switching accounts to a new processor

I would like the new “Show recipient details” option to be set to ON as the default so I don’t have to click it every time I need to see the details. I cannot find this as an option in settings. Please advise.

I’ve been USING docusign for a number of years now as a customer.  Now I’m sending them TO customers.  So far it’s been a really good tool for allowing my customers the freedom to complete a transaction that doesn’t require yet another visit to a store and for me to alter jobs and get a signature for signing off on change orders. Wonderful.To which, I recently had a customer ( elderly, 1st time user ) some how calling me after signing that they some how ended up paying $300 to put the signature on my document.  This raised a large level of concern as I’ve never had a customer have this experience.  I sent myself the same document, but it was as clean as I’d expect it to be, with nothing veering the customer to pay.  I’m supposing that as a first time customer, the site brought them through an onboarding page, where they wandered into signing up for an annual standard subscription ( based on the $300 price tag ).Is there a repeatable way to help new users from ac

Hi there, I am setting up a docusign sending to some recipients through the developer API. Everything works fine but the emails recipients received show a document that can be edited by the recipients. Why is that? none of the fields I have added are editable. (the same thing happens when I test the signing in the docusign UI, meaning issue is not in my code). Thanks for your help

I have my own DocuSign account. In addition, I can use an approver’s secondary email address (let’s call it “email address A” for convenience), which I received for this process. The approver also has a primary email address (email address B) linked to his DocuSign account.Currently, I am executing DocuSign using email address A and would like to create a guest account for it, but I’m unable to do so. As a result, I cannot set the correct time zone for email address A.Do you think that if email address A were properly registered with DocuSign, I would be able to set its time zone?Email address A does not have its own DocuSign account. However, it appears in the DocuSign template, so any document that uses this template is automatically sent to email address A.

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?
