Account Termination

Question

I have an active paid subscription that is being charged to me. I no longer know the email address associated with the account. I can verify the cardholder name, last four digits of the card, charge amount, charge dates, and provide proof of payment. I need the subscription cancelled because I cannot access the account.

What’s the best way to do this?
