eSignature API

I’m trying to understand the functioning and upgrade my application to the new standard for DocuSign but im having an issue around the ds_callback. It seems I can’t run my own docusign module without implementing the router service as well but that just redirects me away from my testing page. Is there a way around not having to use the RouterService in the example?

I am working on converting a bunch of hand written forms to DocuSign.  Our system uses the DocuSign API and connects to it using the C# .NET SDK.This works well for most fields and anchor tags but, recently, we have started adding fields like checkboxes and radio buttons.  However, it appears that radio buttons do not have any sort of measurement associated with them in their class (no scale, no width/height, etc.).  The only size related field I can find is fontsize, but changing that does not appear to change the size of the radio button.Is there any way to change the size of a radio button for a form submitted through the DocuSign API?

I haven’t dug into the eNotary much yet, but one of our teams is looking to implement RON into their workflows.  The contracts are currently sent with the eSignatue api utilizing the C# SDK.  My question is how difficult it is to change this to use the eNotary API are there any guides to do this without having to rebuild all the existing code or is it just as simple as enabling the document for notary when I send the API call?

We have a application form that includes Address for Postage. We would like the address to be validated. We are a charity, so we cant afford to send items to the wrong address. Is there a google api for address validation? I cant anything on this. 

When using the APIs and adding SignHere with an anchor string the first page is requesting a signature also even though  there is no anchor string present on the first page.  Have tried variations with, and without, pagenumber, documentId, AnchorIgnoreIfNotPresent but still the samehelp?

Using Dosucisgn APII’ve 2 text boxes - requirement is if an user enters anything in one of the text box then the other should get disabled/locked and vice versa. I know it could be achieved by having radio buttons but it is govt regulated form and don’t want to add new fields in the form. How to achieve it using Docusign API?

Hello,I am sending envelopes using templates via Rest API and filling in the information of custom fields when creating the draft. This information is correctly appearing in the reports, but when the user accesses the envelope through the browser, these fields simply do not appear. How do I make them also appear in the interface for users to be able to edit? Visual custom fields default Viewing the field sent by the API in the interface  Note that most of the custom fields are "Disappeared" from the envelope view. I need you to show up for editing.

Hello Everyone,When we create the envelope by default expiry be after 120 days. We tried to extend expiry of an envelope by adding number days to the expireAfter method but it still not updating, let me know the process to add new expiry day to the envelope. May I know that we can extend the expiration of an envelope by using developer account or not else we need any subscription to extend the expiration of an envelope.And also, please let me know I need to configure any setting in the developer account from my end.Thanks and RegardsCharan Balam

First of all I tried with sending properties in my API json body then I am trying manually with Docusign site editor and I find that in editor it is also not working. I also have other fields and they are working fine in my API as well as Docusign Editor. But I am not able to change checkbox color and size with both methods. So I am not sure what can I do. 

Does anyone have documentation, suggestions, lessons learned, etc while configuring APIs to and from Banner ERP?    There are tons of documentation and information, but I am not an API guru so I don’t even know a good place to start in trying to assist my team. Thank you.  Susan

Hello Docusign community!I need to update a database whenever an envelope receives a signature (it's not enough to simply check if it's completed; I need to be notified for each signature). However, in my organization, several people send documents for signature, and I need to monitor all of them. So, how can I perform real-time monitoring of multiple envelopes sent by different users (within the same organization)? I have access to everyone's envelopes. Would this be done using an API? Can I achieve this in Python or with another resource? How?

Hi, Is there any docusign setting which can work with multiple users id (guid), for now if we make API call with others user id (no creator of app) it doesn’t work, it is asking for creator user id in order to work.Help.

Now we are working with Rolling Arrays to establish their ePfile to connect with our SF. They need to have DocuSign configuration details but I can’t find it. I need to integrate DocuSign through ESB(IBM App Connect) using an API, I'm looking for authentication method and as per documentation and all the methods states below stepStep 1. Request the authorization code which requires to get the code through browser before getting the access token. Hello Everyone,  I’m trying to build an embedded signing workflow. I’ve achieved the signing workflow for a document. But when the signer opened the document, he is able to see envelopeId at top of document.I have set envelopeIdStamping property to false to disable envelopeId while creating the envelope. But it is not getting disabled on the document.envelopeDefinition.setEnvelopeIdStamping("false");How to hide or disable envelopeId from the Document??Is there any other way to do it other than this? Regards

I am currently using a template with an embedded word document. This document uses {{name}} so that when the API is invoked to create an envelope from the template that value can be replaced.
