Hi DocuSign Community,

I am currently in the planning phase of integrating DocuSign eSignature into our real estate agency platform, which consists of a Laravel-based web portal and a Flutter mobile application (iOS & Android). I have a few questions regarding licensing and API integration that I hope the community or DocuSign team can help clarify seeing the email support only for trial/paid account. Even the chat doesn't work for me no matter how i tried to initialise it.

LICENSING & PLAN QUESTIONS

1. We are planning to use a single DocuSign account/license across our platform, where multiple agents will be sending documents to clients for e-signature on a daily basis (after each case submission). Is this allowed under a single license, or does each agent require their own?

2. What is the envelope (document) sending limit per month or per year under the Standard or Business Pro plan? If agents are sending documents daily, is there a risk of hitting the cap? What happens when the limit is exceeded?

3. Are there any restrictions on the number of signers per envelope/document?

4. Can a single DocuSign account be used across multiple agents on the same platform without violating DocuSign's Terms of Service?

API INTEGRATION QUESTIONS (Laravel + Flutter)

5. Which API plan (Starter, Intermediate, or Advanced) would be recommended for a production environment handling daily document signing for a real estate platform?

6. Is there an official PHP/Laravel SDK or recommended approach for backend integration?

7. For the Flutter mobile app, is embedded signing supported so clients can sign directly within the app? Or will they be redirected to a DocuSign page?

8. What is the recommended OAuth 2.0 authentication flow for mobile apps (Flutter specifically)?

9. Is webhook/callback supported for real-time notifications (e.g., document signed, declined, voided) to a Laravel backend?

10. What is the go-live process when moving from the sandbox/demo environment to production?

Any guidance or experience shared would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
