Thanks in advance, I am new to Docusign and integrating eSignature API to our application.ISSUE:1As per the documentation, docusign send the notification to recipients when the envelope is voided as per below :https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=dgw1578456424624.html&_LANG=enusIn my case i have only one user to sign and the status of envelope is “sent”.Issue 2:I am able to void the envelope,  and able to see the status of envelope as “voided”, but recipient is not receiving notification. If the recipient clicks the link to sign(as he didn’t recieve notification) it is not showing the any reason or that the envelope is voided, and instead shown this error

I have a use case, in which I need to generate an envelope with a document to sign, once generated collect the URL of the document to sign and return it in my Apex function (this URL is retrieved by another external service), once the customer has signed the document I need to attach it in Salesforce in the customer file. I need to do all this using the ApexToolkit.

HiIs it possible to create a production account, develop an application within it, and then use that application to connect with other orgs?Can I purchase some developer plan and deploy apps without go-live procedure? Is the procedure mandatory?Is it necessary everytime? What if I need to have many external apps? Hello,I am currently using DocuSign for document signing through emails. I have integrated the DocuSign.eSign.dll into my ASP.NET Web API application, and I am sending documents for signature via emails. Once the documents are signed, I plan to download them.However, I am unsure which subscription plan is best suited for my needs. Could you please guide me on which plan I should choose based on the following requirements:Sending documents for signature via email. I used /envelopes/'+envId+'/documents/combined to get the base64 pdf. This only works for complete envelope. when I export from a draft envelope. I couldn’t see the form data in the pdf. what could be the reason? I think it used to work for me.I have the “Allow sender download form data” setting turned on already

How can i specify wildcard or varibles in the connect callback url. Hi,I´m creatin a envelope with 2 documents using the PHP SDK. Each document requires the signature of a signatory and a witness (the same signatory and the same witness for both documents).When I send it, the signatory receives it correctly, but a window appears asking him to fill in the witness twice (as if there were two witnesses), and therefore he cannot send it to just one person to be a witness.I am using the code below. Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>. Hi,I am trying to read all completed envelopes from docusign portal. However, I am gettting error messaage like “Error calling ListStatusChanges: {"errorCode":"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN","message":"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed."}'I used base url for getting token - “account-d.docusign.com”I used based URL for reading envelopes https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/But still i am getting same error. What could be the reason. any suggestions? 

Hi Community,I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support.This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Hello, is there a way to tag a document in sender view without any recipients? I’ve created an envelope without any recipients, but I am unable to drag/drop the tabs on to the document (in the sender view) as the related options seem to be disabled.The goal is to enable a user to create (and save) a tagged document (envelope), that then can be signed by anyone later.

I have an app where I don't have control over the documents. I need the user be able to add tags and sign documents similar to how it can be done on the DocuSign website. I cannot use auto place tagging as the user might want additional tags. So, checking here to see if it is possible to generate self-signing url via API that allows the signer to add tags as below? 

Hi Team,I have a problem with documentId, if I use any integer it works, if I use something different, with letters or a GUID, it gives bad request. Actually in my case I need to supply documentID, documentIDGUID from client and I need same to be echoed to me. Document Id gets echoed but only if its a positive integer. I am using webhooks and configured envelope complete event but documentIdGUID differs from what is sent in request. I am using composite template. I’m trying to send an envelope via api with template in it. This is how it looks.As you can see, there’s the “Fields” in the left side which is not expected and I’m not sure why it’s showing. When I do this manually in Docusign, this is how it looks and what I’m expecting.It’s asking to fill in the fields and there are no “Fields” in the left side.Anyone knows what’s missing or the issue to my api? Thanks.

Hey all, I am running into some issues with the ServiceNow Spoke. I have connected the DocuSign spoke and can pull templates. I am trying to fill a few fields on the Document via data collected in a Catalog Item.My current Flow is:Look Up Templates on Account Create Draft Envelope from Template Set Field Values Add Recipient to Envelope Send EnvelopeThe issues that I am seeing are in step 3 where I try to set the field values. I keep getting an error that the Recipient ID is “Provided recipient ID is invalid or does not exist.” as well as “Provided field category does not exist.”I am confused how I keep erroring on these. I added a user and used the User ID as the Recipient ID, then tried an email - but still no success. How do I find the Recipient ID? Do I need to Create a new user each time?How do I find the “category” for the field?Thanks in advance!

I am trying to modify the eSignature resource template and update it to include the user’s title and company. I noticed that the merge tags for Sender Name and email are “[[Data:SenderName]]” and “[[Data:SenderEmail]]”. Where can I find the tags for the user’s “Company” and “Title” from their profile? 

Is there a way to have DocuSign send an email to a specific email address if a submission fails to be delivered using the DocuSign API?
