To address this, you can try saving the file as a new PDF by selecting File > Print, then choosing Adobe PDF or Foxit PDF as the printer and selecting Shrink to Printable Area before clicking OK. You can also optimize the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Professional to clean up any inconsistencies, or use the DocuSign Print Driver to upload the file.
