Hello,I have an DocuSign App in my Account. This can be access by the Other userID by giving consent out side my organization. But the Thing is even if he uses my app to send the Envelope the envelope is Sent from his Own account. I cannot Ask client to do the setup like Configure the Webhook and Connect Keys and give it to my Portal, As I am using Hmac validation to validate the request. Is there a way to track the envelope Status of that Account and my Account Webhook can detect that status and Publish those events to my listener, Without having the client to configure his account with Hmac and Webhook Configuration. Anyone Please help me with this issue.Thanks and regards,Pavan

I have successfully created a request for a signature as remote signing using a document created on the fly with htmldefinition. What we’d really like to do is convert this to an embedded signature, so taking that same code which successfully returns an envelope id, I move on to the next endpoint: /restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelopeId}/views/recipient - substituting the accountId as I did for the initial request to create the envelope, and the envelopeId returned upon successful creation. A value was not found for parameter 'userName'."}Does this system not work with documents created on the fly with an html

Once the envelope expires, what status does it reflects? Also if i changed my Expiration in my Docusign account to 1 day so how does backend docusign calculation works to calculated 1 days, for eg from the time i sent the envelope or at some specific time the countdown starts?

Please check and try again."}Right now, I have embedded Docusign Esigning into an application (still demo endpoints if that is noteworthy), and I am at the point that once you click “Esign”, user is redirected to Docusign login page https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth...From the login page, we go through the OAuth Code Grant method. Then, once user logins in an envelope draft is created and etc… However, the current error is occurring on the creation of the envelope https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/${r.accountId}/envelopes I noticed, when I login with the account that I created the integration key with I don’t receive this error, but when I login with a different Docusign account, I receive this error

How can I send the English version of an email in French using DocuSign?Is there a parameter like Language=Fr in the EnvelopeDefinition class or the EnvelopesApi class?"

If the recipient clicks the link to sign(as he didn’t recieve notification) it is not showing the any reason or that the envelope is voided, and instead shown this error

I have a use case, in which I need to generate an envelope with a document to sign, once generated collect the URL of the document to sign and return it in my Apex function (this URL is retrieved by another external service), once the customer has signed the document I need to attach it in Salesforce in the customer file. I need to do all this using the ApexToolkit.

I have integrated the DocuSign.eSign.dll into my ASP.NET Web API application, and I am sending documents for signature via emails. Once the documents are signed, I plan to download them.However, I am unsure which subscription plan is best suited for my needs. Could you please guide me on which plan I should choose based on the following requirements:Sending documents for signature via email. I used /envelopes/'+envId+'/documents/combined to get the base64 pdf. This only works for complete envelope. when I export from a draft envelope. I couldn’t see the form data in the pdf. what could be the reason? I think it used to work for me.I have the “Allow sender download form data” setting turned on already

How can i specify wildcard or varibles in the connect callback url. Hi,I´m creatin a envelope with 2 documents using the PHP SDK. Each document requires the signature of a signatory and a witness (the same signatory and the same witness for both documents).When I send it, the signatory receives it correctly, but a window appears asking him to fill in the witness twice (as if there were two witnesses), and therefore he cannot send it to just one person to be a witness.I am using the code below. Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>. However, I am gettting error messaage like “Error calling ListStatusChanges: {"errorCode":"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN","message":"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed."}'I used base url for getting token - “account-d.docusign.com”I used based URL for reading envelopes https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/But still i am getting same error. Hi Community,I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support.This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Hello, is there a way to tag a document in sender view without any recipients? I’ve created an envelope without any recipients, but I am unable to drag/drop the tabs on to the document (in the sender view) as the related options seem to be disabled.The goal is to enable a user to create (and save) a tagged document (envelope), that then can be signed by anyone later.

I have an app where I don't have control over the documents. I need the user be able to add tags and sign documents similar to how it can be done on the DocuSign website. I cannot use auto place tagging as the user might want additional tags. So, checking here to see if it is possible to generate self-signing url via API that allows the signer to add tags as below? 

Hi Team,I have a problem with documentId, if I use any integer it works, if I use something different, with letters or a GUID, it gives bad request. Actually in my case I need to supply documentID, documentIDGUID from client and I need same to be echoed to me. Document Id gets echoed but only if its a positive integer. I am using webhooks and configured envelope complete event but documentIdGUID differs from what is sent in request. I am using composite template.
