Click Api 404 - File or directory not found

Question

I’ve been using Docusign click api for a few months, specifically the elastic templates. Recently one particular template has started to return a 404 - File or directory not foun error. But this document aleready has responses. AccountId and clickwrapId seems to be fine too.

Has anyone seen such error before?
