I have setup docusign API, Every thing is working fine . I can create envelop and can see the envelop id in response but signer is not receiving any emails to sign the documents. 

How do I change an Envelope’s  recipient without losing the tab values that may already have been filled by the previous user using esign api ?Few things I have found and triedcollaborative fields are persisted over recipient updatesupdate recipient removes the fields that were filled by the previous recipient (using Finish Later option)If update follows the following steps1. mark all fields for recipient as shared: true using updateRecipientTabs api2 update recipient3 reset changes done in step 1This works but it looks like a lot of over complication.

Hi there,  I am attempting to install the DocuSign Print Driver 3 on my Microsoft Surface Laptop 7. When I run the installer, it seems almost to finish installing but then displays an error message as seen in the attached photo.I’m able to run the same install file on another Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 without any issues. The only difference is on the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7, I have new Snapdragon CPU. 

As a DocuSign Admin, I'm trying to update the API Username (running user) for our Salesforce integration. Previously, my work email was set as the running user, which we want to change to a dedicated service account email. However, the DocuSign interface has been updated, and I can't locate this setting anymore. Can someone guide me to where I can find and update the API Username or running user for our Salesforce integration in the current DocuSign admin interface?

Hi, I have a question, In the custom button with code in NetSuite. Is it possible to get the values of a record ( like name, address etc) in the script? I tried to use record.load but it does not work since it is not a SuiteScript.

My company uses our DocuSign integration to send varying amounts of documents in each envelope, and we are adding an optional field that needs to be on each page, but will always be the same value throughout the envelope if the recipient does choose to fill it in. I’ve seen that data replication is possible for fields using the API, but haven’t found any references or instructions specifically related to the Apex toolkit.Can the Apex toolkit set multiple fields to replicate the data of any one that is filled in by the recipient?

When I sent documents via API to docusign, my users see the information blurred when they go to sign

Hello, I see on Envelope>Create>EventNotification the possibility to add a “AD Hoc Connect Envelope”. The Basic Auth didn’t work.On this Topic : Docusign Connect Now Includes Basic Authentication Support, i see in Q/A :Q: Why can’t an envelope-level Connect configuration created with the eventNotifications object include Basic Authentication settings?A: The current API doesn’t support the additional parameters. I have a template which I have turned into a webform. During creation of the web form I input a question  as a dropdown question stating “Do you rent or own” with the selection of “Rent” or “Own” as the dropdown options and in the “API value” I included the appropriate labels to connect these answers to the template field once the form is submitted. Because it is set up as a dropdown question the actual “API Reference Name” is automatically labelled as “Select_bfaQ9jlc” but as mentioned the “API Value” is “Renter” and “Owner” to correlate with the template. So, when I go to activate the form is says I have disconnected links. When I try to connect them, it wont let me choose the appropriate field to connect them to, so I move forward and activate it, and then go to test out the form, I fill it in and the information from the Rent or Own question does not get filled into the template. This happens for all my questions displayed in the styles of checkboxes, dropdowns, dates, etc.It seems

We are trying to use the “Request a signature using focused view” within our .Net Application (C#) and are having trouble using the Fixed Signature placement in the top right of the document. Note: The PDF’s we are having signed cannot be setup with the anchor because they will be invoices coming from multiple customers.  We have it working using the anchor but when we switch to the fixed XPosition and YPosition, the document gets submitted and we can display it but the signature is not placed on the document. Here is the SignHere tab (comment is the working anchor). I tried width and height to see if it happened to be hidden 1 x 1 pixel, but no luck.   Are we missing something in order to get the fixed signature placement on the document?

Hello everyone, I am working as a programmer at a technology company and have the opportunity to work on a separate project with a client, Terus. This order is still normal, but there is a requirement from my client, Terus, that I must use eSignature API for some of their automatic functions. I have never approached eSignature API before in a learning environment. I accidentally searched and saw that everyone shared about eSignature API on the forum, so I want to ask everyone where to start learning?I also talked to Terus and they accepted that I did not know how to use it and told me to learn and complete the related functions at the end. The client edits these merge fields before completing the document, and the values are then written back to Salesforce. In another process, I want to send this document to another recipient using the Apex Toolkit and a trigger, which works well.However, I need the previously used merge fields to be read-only in this new context. We will send the envelop to Factory, the receiver will input from the drop-down list.   Can system display the vendor name based on the factory name selected?If yes, how to maintain the list of factory and the relationship between the factory and vendor?

We have built an integration with DocuSign, which essentially shares the envelope with the signer via our (Zingly’s) application.This is good, because it keeps the engagement between sales and service reps and their customers in the workspace. Having said that, in addition to the signer (customer) being notified that they can review and complete signing via Zingly, we would like to ensure the signer continues to get their “An envelope has been shared with you to review and sign” email from DocuSign.HOWEVER -- it appears that with DocuSign integrations (such as embedded signing), the integrations SUPPRESS all but the “completed signing” emails.
