Our company has two Docusign accounts, one of which is linked to Ironclad. Periodically, at random periods, the integration goes off and any signature process is stopped. We are obliged to log on to Docusign and relink the two apps. This behaviour is not normal, since a link validly affirmed should be permanent. If there is a periodic reset for whatever reason (e.g. security) this should be clearly stated so that the relinking of accoints can be made object of a procedure to ensure uninterrupted functionality. The issue is critical as it interruprs workflows and prevents the signature of contracts. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

We have a need to support a dynamic header -< detail form where the detail is a dynamic list of items.  Similar to a purchase order with many order lines.We want to repopulate the header and the detail with what we know about the recipient and let them fill in the blanks for missing information in each subform.  This could be a grid-like view or <Previous  |  Next > type of control for each of the lines (probably easier for a mobile app).I thought I could use Agreement Template Builder template with a dynamic table, but ATB templates are not supported.

Hello,I am trying to create a module in Make.com that checks if an envelope has been completed. This works for a while, but eventually, I receive an error message. I have a business plan with DocuSign. I have tried several solutions in both DocuSign and Make.com to resolve the issue, but so far without success.I believe the access token might only be valid for a limited time, and I’m looking for a way to either extend the access token’s validity or use a refresh token so that the system doesn’t keep failing as it does now.Has anyone encountered this issue and can offer guidance on how to solve it?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello,We are trying to change the Account on which the Docusign eSignature/M-Files integration is running but we cannot.Right now the integration is live on Account A of a specific user and we want to move it to Account B of the same user.Even thought we changed the default account of the user and reauthenticated the user, it seems like the refresh token is still authenticated to Account A.Is there a way to force the expiration of the refresh token? Is the Connected App that we see on the user called “app.docusign.com Version 1.x” related?Thanks in advance,Christos Mouskos

I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."My server supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

I am creating an envelope using the API and adding multiple documents and using Auto-Place to add the “Sign Here” tabs. The anchor string is the same on both documents but I would like the tabs to only place on the document specified by the “DocumentId” on the tab. Hi. We have a free developer API account and are using our API calls prior to going live. When sending a document to sign via DocuSign, the signer isn't able to sign from her own DocuSign account. When document is sent, there is nowhere for her to log in to her own DocuSign account to sign the document. She is only able to sign the document with a generic signature. Is this because we are only testing in the free developer API account? Once we go live, will the signer be able to log in to her DocuSign account to sign the document using her uploaded signature? Hello there,In a production environment, we call the listStatusChange method with a list of envelope IDs retrieved from a database. This function is called in a cron job that runs every hour. It worked fine for two or three months until we suddenly got this exception:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [404] with response Body: line 344 At first, I thought it was a Docusign account change in production, but we only use one with several other applications.Do you know what could cause this error? 

ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

Hi everyone,I’d like to automate a process between HubSpot and DocuSign where a document is sent out for signature to an external recipient (e.g. a client), without me, as the sender, being required to sign it.Here’s the situation: I’m using HubSpot to trigger workflows. I want HubSpot to automatically trigger a DocuSign envelope when a condition is met (e.g. deal stage changes). The envelope should go only to the external signer. I, the internal sender, do not need to sign the document, and ideally shouldn’t have to interact with the envelope manually. I'm concerned because my user is secured with 2FA, and I want to make sure I can still automate this securely. My questions: Is it possible to use the DocuSign integration (or API via middleware like Zapier/Make/Tray.io) to send a signature request without the sender being a signer? Hi Team,I have got a developer account with unlimited envelopes, but I am getting error :: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDEDThe portal shows this which suggests that we have only used 100 envelopes out of Unlimited. :: The limit did not reset in the hour interval. we waited to about 3 hours and made the call again, got same error.Any help, or pointers to help us fix this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello everyoneWe use Docusign in our software to send requests through e-mail and I would like to test sending using SMS and WhatsApp as well so we can implement that in our production envirment.I’m using a developer account and our software connects to Docusing using the external applications only , like the imagge belowIs there any way to use the SMS or Whatsapp delivery method using this kind of integration?Even in our production enviroment it’s not possible to check that boxes: Every time we try to send using the SMS or WhatsApp method, we get a 'This account lacks sufficient permissions. Account lacks permission to send Envelopes over SMS' error. What do we need to do to resolve this issue? If one of our clients has this permission, will we be able to send an envelope using their credentials via SMS or WhatsApp?

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates.My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this.
