Thanks so much to all of you who joined us for Discover25 last month in San Francisco. It was energizing to connect in person and hear about the creative ways you’re building with Docusign, along with your ideas and feedback.

If you couldn’t make it, here are a few practical highlights from the keynote that are especially relevant for builders:

🔍 Agentic AI

Docusign CEO Allan Thygesen announced that Docusign is bringing its contract AI directly into ChatGPT. During the demo, Lead Partner Solution Architect Purnima Ravichandran showed how a seller could generate and send an NDA using only natural-language prompts in ChatGPT.
If you’re exploring agentic workflows, this demo is a good reference point for what lightweight, prompt-based agreement actions could look like.

🤖 Building with agentic tools (and how the MCP Server fits in)

CTO Sagnik Nandy expanded on Docusign’s evolution into an agentic partner, enabling contract actions inside different AI ecosystems. Microsoft’s Anahita Afshari then shared a practical example: an AI agent built in Azure AI Foundry using the Docusign MCP Server (beta) to adjust contract pricing.
If you’re evaluating multi-agent workflows, the MCP Server simplifies connecting Docusign tasks to other AI tools—useful for chaining agreement steps into broader automations.

🧩 Orchestrating multi-step workflows with Maestro

Chief Product Officer Dmitri Krakovsky showed how Docusign Maestro can run more complex agreement flows end-to-end without code. Fiserv’s JoAnna Freeland showed a real banking use case: streamlining a customer address-change process that used to involve multiple systems and manual steps.
If your team handles multi-step processes today, Maestro may help reduce context switching and bring everything into a single guided flow.

📊 Making agreement data more useful with Navigator + Power BI

Dmitri also introduced Navigator, Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository. Product Manager Deepti Gangwani demoed the new Power BI Connector (beta), which lets builders combine Navigator analytics with other business data directly inside Power BI.
If you’re already using BI tools, this connector can help eliminate manual reporting steps and make agreement insights part of your existing dashboards.

You watch the full keynote and the rest of the day’s sessions on YouTube for the full walkthrough of these demos and capabilities.

We’d love to hear from you in the comments:
