It's been 4 days and my go live request hasn't been approved yet

My team has submitted my go live request for about 4 days now and i still haven’t gotten an approval , does anybody know what the issue might be or how to speed this up ? i have a deadline to meet, it will be nice to get this working as fast as possible.

Please open a case in our Support channel and provide the integration key, account ID, and email used to request the Go-Live review. After that, we can check what happened.
