Hello,We have a pdf file created in adobe with a textfield that has  property set called “Comb of” that is used to stretch the data to fill the entire width of the text field. After this file is uploaded and signed in Docusign the data in the text field doesn’t stretch like it suppose. Is this something supported? Adobe text field property: Before Upload: After Signing:

How to see classes completion dates

Hello all, I know that when our recipient has signed the document and send it back to us, we are not able to make any changes and if finally we need an amendment, we should void the signed document and launch a new envelope (and pray that the recipient won’t do it wrong again). Following this, I wonder if there is any possibility to return it backwards to the recipient, without voiding, so he could make the proper changes and resign it?My question arises following the last time I had to void an envelope, but I didn’t find such option. Instead, the system proposes a “Decline to sign” option, which alerts that we “can request changes to this document” and we could “contact the sender directly” with our request. So finally it turns out that changes are possible even after the document is signed? Is that right? Hi,In docusigned documents, I noticed that above the signature sometimes it is written “DOCUSIGNED BY” and sometimes it is “SIGNED BY” even for the same user profil. For both, there is the ID underneath the signature.What is the difference when it is “DOCUSIGNED BY” and ”SIGNED BY”?

How can I change the settings for signatures under my companies current settings? Is there a way to get more admin access? 

Hello:I’m trying to create a new Power Form and and get this message: “Cannot create a PowerForm from the selected template. Direct signing mode is not enabled for PowerForms.”  I have uploaded a document and created 4 templates based off of that document.  I don’t have anyone’s name or e-mail address in the template for the first signature needed; I just have the role.  Did I miss a step?  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Hi! I was trying to complet the last step in signing the contract and I I needed to confirm my identity. I choose to do it via Bank ID, but the problem is that in my contact it’s my full name including middle name, in my Bank ID I only have my first and last name. And because of that I can’t confirm my identity because it’s different from my contract. How should I do?

I have an admin profile at the company I work for. However, I am unable to change folders for already signed documents (this option does not appear for me). However, the company's other admin profile can.Any thoughts about it??

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign. 

How do I set up a signing group, I do see it in my options.  I have 10 signers, one group of 5 that there is no need to sign in order but they have to sign first, the second group will sign, but those 5 have to sign in order.  Can I set up two signing groups?

Is it possible in DocuSign to configure who will receive a final copy of the final signed document?In our situation HR is submitting a Form to department head, General Manager HR and as final step the Board Member. It looks that by default DocuSign will provide all parties concerned with a copy of the signed document but they want to be in control who will receive the final copy of the signed document. Is that possible?

I have a document to sign via DocuSign.I received a link by email, clicked on it, entered my phone number and received an SMS.The SMS contains a link, but this link is not working and sends me on a non existent page.The link I receive is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/id/...But the page it sends me on is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/error?aspxerrorpath=/id/...I tried with Chrome on mobile, and even copying the link on Firefox PC. Delegated signing feature isn't workingWithin our business account, we attempted to set up an active delegate for another admin account. We specified the start and end dates of the delegation, and the delegate is a member of the same account. The delegate receives the notification from DocuSign as a delegate. However, when envelopes are sent, it do not reach the delegate, neither in their email nor in their DocuSign profile inbox. We are unsure if we are within the limitations and considerations of delegated signing within DocuSign, but we don't understand if we might be encountering one of them. Does anyone know?, Are we missing something during the set up? in the featuring?

Hello All I have a power automate flow that uses Docusign to sign documents by using “Create envelope using template with recipients” step in power automate. When testing flow it seems that Docusign sends 2 emails (one to the Docusign account owner, and other to the intended recipient that should receive signing request) How do I adjust settings in docusign such that I remove the “Default” (Account owner) from receiving signing request? The account owner should not be getting signing request. Only the intended recipient (Which I set dynamically via power automate flow) should be the signer of the document.

My account is charged USD 600 annual for 2 seats which i never authorized for. I had bought 100 envelopes to use for USD 53.12 and paid. I need to get a refund as i do not require 2 seats annually.As per your video instructions I went ahead to cancel my subscription but there was no option to raise a refund request. I need confirmation before cancelling or closing my account that my refund will be processed. My account has gone negative due to this huge debit which i cannot afford.I had submitted case 14062851 and requested callback but received no response and submitted new case 14070060 to get call back still no response.I am from india and would appreciate a direct customer contact support number asap. i can be reached at sushmita.sharma@greenarccapital.com  

ACCESS DOCUMENTS with code - there is no button on top right that other answers have said. We need to urgently sign documents from our bank. Where is an option to access these documents now that we are logged in? Getting super frustrated :( 

Good morning.I am working on a DocuSign Template for our HR department and they have a clear demand and that is that they only want 1 DocuSign document will existi with all signatures without those provided a signature having a copy of what they have signed? If this possible within DocuSign.So, for example:HR department fills in a PDF with fields Document is send to department head (for signing) Department head signs and using Specify Recipient  The new recipient (will always be someone from our company) will get the document to sign He signs Document comes back to HR and HR is finally signingNow the wish of HR is that by the end only one document (number 6) exist in Docusign without having any copies of those signed previously the document. Seems to me impossible to achieve but……Thanks.

I’ve 5 templates right now in my account. Can I set a unique email address for each template? For example,Template 1 is dedicated to the Hollywood location - I should get an email notification to 000000000 when recipients submit the form.Template 2 is dedicated to the Miami location - I should get an email notification to 000000000 when recipients submit the form.Can it be done with DocuSign? (Removed emails due to personal information)
