Why are completed envelopes still sitting in my inbox, should they not get removed to the completed folder ?

Is this a custom folder or the Quick view folder? If it is the Quick view, these are a great way to easily filter your envelopes for key categories. When you select a quick view, the results list shows all of the envelopes that match the selected category. These results are restricted to activity from the last six months. but they are not folders. Using Quick Views
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic.
