If a user enters their badge number in a field, can we set it up to autofill their name, email, dept number, supervisor, etc.?

I think you need write a Java or other program language application to call JDE DB. then connect DocuSign by REST API or SDK.

so where is the information of the user:name, email, dept number, supervisor? if the system suport REST API, maybe can query out by Workflow before sign after fill the information in webform then pass the parameters to envelope and auto fill. thanks.

The data for prefill is in JDE Edwards DB, which is Microsoft SQL Server. I’ll have to find out if it supports Rest API.

JDE DB does support REST API. Is there an example of this somwhere I can study?
