This behavior leads me to believe that there must be a formatting issue in the documents being uploaded that could be the root cause of the problem. Please try printing your document to PDF prior to its upload to Docusign, by following the steps provided below:
Print to PDF
If this does not solve the issue, re-trying through a different device, network and browser will be the best course of action. Please try these options separately, as they may lead us to what is causing the issue.
