Hi all,

I’ve got a user who is training others on how to use DocuSign. She is using the test environment found here:

https://apps-d.docusign.com

After she submits the form she never gets an email notification.

I successfully logged into the test environment and see her envelope. In production, I usually Resend the envelope and the issue is solved, but in the test environment she does not receive any email, even after I click the resend button for that specific envelope. How can I troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!
