Does the affected user have all of the notifications enabled on their user? Managing your email notifications
If you are not receiving Docusign email notifications, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, check your email Junk or Spam folder and mark the Docusign email as not-junk or not-spam. Additionally, add the Docusign system sending email addresses and allow emails from specific domains. If these steps do not work, you can log into your Docusign account to access the envelope or check your Recipient notification settings. Why am I not getting Docusign email notifications?
