Convert a document from pdf into .docx format using C# in DocuSign CLM Workflow

Requirement: After sending the document for Signature, the document is converted into pdf. After signature, we would like to send the document for External Review in .docx format. So that we can compare the redlined content. Is there any way possible to convert pdf into .docx format?

Paid for a monthly subscription via Paypal, but my DocuSign account was not updated

Hi there, I paid for a monthly subscription via Paypal, my bank account shows the transaction was successful, but my DocuSign account was not updated, it still asked me to pay. Logged out and back in a few times, but propbel was still there. Anyone had the same problem ever? Many thanks! Lin

Reduce seats & downgrade

Hi All, I am trying to reduce my seats from 2 down to 1, and also wanting to downgrade from Business Pro to Standard. However, it seems the system only allows one or the other, not both? Is this correct or is there another way to do both? Thanks.

Filter out deleted users when using the "Initiated By" filter in Reports

Hi all, I am issuing a report to gain visibility over who initiated a Workflow. However, it is showing me Workflows initiated by deleted users. When I try to filter them out using the "Initiated By" filter, their names do not appear as they have been removed from CLM. Is there any way to avoid these deleted users from appearing in my reports? Many thanks in advance!

Envelope Limit - Start and End Dates

I just opened a personal account and am using DocuSign for the first time. I have a limit of 5 envelopes that I can send each month. Would anyone be able to tell me if this limit applies from the day I signed up? Or is it simply monthly, as in the 1st and last day of each month? For example, if I signed up on 3/29 and sent 3 envelopes before 3/31, do I get another 5 envelopes as of 4/1? Or do I only have 5 envelopes from 3/29 - 4/29? Any insight or assistance is appreciated. Getting Updates from CLM Document

Hello, Im newer when it comes to CLM and Im having an issue with getting updated information from the Document that is getting updated by end users. How everything is setup: Form is completed by a user in Salesforce which we pass in field values that then merge into our CLM Document The new Document triggers the workflow to kickoff. Then we update Salesforce based on the document and the changes. We want to track changes made in the document with fields that we merged from salesforce. The issue: I have successful been able to update salesforce with hard coded data but when I try to pull the values from Params.TemplateFieldData.FieldName its not showing the updated value from the document its showing what was first passed into the Form at the start of the process. Any help would be much appreciated!

Managing overdue tasks in DocuSign CLM

Our department is looking for a better way to manage overdue tasks in DocuSign CLM. Currently, if one can’t get to their tasks that are due today, the due date is automatically bumped to the next day by the workflow. Just curious how other customers are managing their tasks in DocuSign CLM.

Preserving File Names in Zip Downloads

I often have to send multiple documents for signature at one time and I do so using a single envelope. However, when I download the PDFs of the files it creates a zip file and that changes all spaces in the file name to be underscores. Is there a way to NOT change my file names when I just want to download a few files at one time that were all signed in the same envelope?

eSign Custom Tag in CLM Template Not pull

In my CLM Template, I have ALT Clauses, one of these should pull in the eSigned Date. I’ve placed conditionality in the Template for the use of the ALT; however, the eSign Custom Tag does not seem to be pulling in when I generate a contract instance or when it is sent for eSign. Any ideas?? In the Template: <# <EndConditional/> #><# <Conditional Test="// Effective_Date[@optionName = 'Standard ALT1’]” /> #>/ContractEffectiveDate1/ <# <EndConditional/> #> In eSign, this shows up blank rather than capturing the date expected.

Update Clause term for In-Progress Agreement

Let’s say we generate a contract which has a clause of ‘Payment Terms - 30 Days’. The contract goes for external review and he wants the clause ‘Payment Terms - 60 Days’ (Considering the language for both the clauses are different). There are 2 scenarios: 1.We are using clause library to maintain all the clauses All clauses are within the template based on conditions. ​​​​​​​ Is there a way to update the information in the In-Progress template via workflow for the scenarios?

Greetings! Is there a way to create a Text field that will automatically calculate “Today’s Date” but list it in an alpha-numeric pattern? Ex March 6, 2024. We want the signatory to be able to click on the date field and it generates the date without the need for them to type in the full date.

I just logged in to open a personal account with docusign and I also use a business account with the company I work for which is not under my name. When I login to the personal account my business account is what comes up. Why can’t I separate these two accounts at login?

Managing Contract Dates

How in Docusign do I manage contract dates so that I can see what dates contracts expire? By expiring I mean the actual contract, not the signing date. Is it possible to get reminders of contracts when they expire in 3 years?
