Changing columns in the Salesforce CLM Files Lightning Component
We are using the CLM Files Lightning Component to display the documents in Docusign associated with the Salesforce record on screen. It currently displays the Filename, Description, and Last Modified date, but I’d like to be able to show different columns (or at least know what other columns I could potentially show).
Do we have any control over what columns are displayed from within the CLM Files Lightning Component? If so, how can I change those columns?

Hello @Rob Reid
Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
As far as my understanding the “DocuSign CLM Files” is Custom Managed Component which cannot be customized. You can only have options to add in columns, refer the ss Below:
In the “DocuSign App Launcher” > Administration > Componentes, you can enable the “New Folder Portal”. But still, you cannot customize the columns.
Refer the SS below:
I would highly advice to raise the support ticket if they can edit from the backend or something but not sure.
Thanks!
Thanks for that, @Pawan Gangwani ! I will check with Docusign Support to see if there is a way to customize (add and remove) any columns in that Docusign CLM Component.
But what screen did you take that first screenshot from - that shows the checkboxes for the three columns? I can’t tell from your well-cropped screenshot how to get to that on my system.

Yeah sure, I am attaching one ss where it is shown, the gear icon below the “Name”
Ha, ha! Thanks, again, Pawan! It seems that when the New Folder Portal toggle is on, that icon is not present, which is why I had no idea where that was located.

Hey, I am sorry if I was not able to convey properly but the gear icon presents in the old one not in the “new folder portal”.
