Marina,
If you are are integrated to SFDC and the user you want to impersonate is a SFDC user, you can use the "Login As" feature of SFDC to access both SFDC and SpringCM as that user to "see the content that is available to that user".
If you are you running a SpringCM-only implementation, then the answer is no (this a good Idea to add to list). This type of access is only available to the SpringCM Support team if you "delegate access" to them via the Preferences. If you add the Idea, let me know and I'll vote for it as I think this is a valuable feature for internal Admins to support their user communities.
Scott,
thanks for answer. I am amazed that such essential function is not available. I will add the idea. Thanks in advance for voting.
Now Spring is integrated with DocuSign CLM, wondering if this is still an issue.
What benefits are offered to a Super User? I am not able to locate that information anywhere.
