I have modified the brand resource files for use with esig.  I’m having trouble figuring out how to associate a CLM workflow to a brand with modified resource file in esig.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

@mshealy

Have you made the updated Brand the Default Brand?  You would do that in the eSign UI.

This would not be the brand used for each of our workflows.  Each workflow may need specific changes to the resources file.  Is this not possible? each workflow should be allowed to use its own brand, just like esig has for its brands.

@mshealy

You might be able to associate the Brand with the Workflow in CLM.  If you navigate to the Admin settings within CLM is there an option there?

Nothing in the workflow configuration, nothing in doc gen configurations, and i have searched the support arena.

Could you see if there is an option on the eSignature step in the workflow?

For individual brands specific to a workflows, you can to use a esign template in the signature step that has defined to use a custom brand.  However, you may need to include a cover sheet as it will include the template as separate document (so use it as a cover sheet).
