CLM workflow routing based on data from a file

Hi,This is our first global implementation and would appreciate any knowledge sharing if you have done something like the below:We are having issues with the CLM contract routing after it has been approved by Legal and vetted for further approval and signatures. This approver  and signatory information is being read from a data file (based on associate org hierarchy ) which is available in CLM.Thank youSavio

Hi Savio, where are you blocked exactly? Do you get the signature step running (but with wrong information) or does it fail completely? Any debug information would be helpful in resolving your issue.
