Hello. I am trying to tidy up our CLM tenant and would like to bulk download hundreds of older documents to store outside CLM in an archive. How do I bulk download? I don’t want to have to manually select and download 20 at a time. Is there a way to do this please?
If you're working with DocuSign eSignature, you can bulk download documents by using the Retrieve feature in DocuSign.
Thanks John. Unfortunately we don’t use DocuSign eSignature, which is annoying.
You can connect to Docusign CLM via SFTP or API and to bulk upload or download files.
Through the web interface there is a limit on how many files you can download at a time.
Thanks Michael. I don’t suppose you can point me in the direction of some documentation on this please?
Hi
You can find information on using SFTP to connect to Docusign CLM with the article below:
For more information on downloading documents from within CLM using our API, you can find it in the article below:
https://developers.docusign.com/docs/clm-api/clm101/content-api/.
Hope this helps!
