Permission control when add comments and tasks.

CLM Administrators (Users assigned with the permission profile of ‘CLM Admin’) will automatically have access to all files and folders.

That being said, if someone were to comment on a document and assign a task to a user via that comment with an ‘@’, all users name will show up in that list of assignees to notify regardless of their security setting on the folder...even if that user had no access to the files in that folder.

They would still get the notification via email as well.  However, if the user who had zero access to the file in the folder were to try and click on the link in the email to access the document, they would get an error message saying they’re ‘Unable to retrieve the file’.
