Hi,I have 1 app which is created by a user whom left the organisation and now the problem I’m facing is the app doesn’t work with my GUID (User Id) it’s asking for old GUID (user id) who created the app.Is there any way we can manage this situation. shift the app to mine guid?

Hello members,I'm encountering an issue while generating an access token using the JWT flow in PowerShell. Initially, I thought it might be a simple fix, but I've been troubleshooting for several hours without identifying the root cause. Here's the situation:I'm using a PowerShell script to generate a JWT assertion and then use that assertion to retrieve a temporary access token. Unfortunately, my request is failing. For comparison, I generated a JWT using JWT.io with the same private and public keys, and it successfully retrieved an access token. Hi, I am new to Docusign and facing an issue with access token being generated. The previous developer had integrated Appian with Docusign to send envelopes and the integration was working successfully till some time ago. Strangely, the integration is working well in both TEST and PROD. environments but failing in DEV. I am getting the error as “invalid grant”. The code and the keys are the same across all three environments except for the userId which is environment specific. I am using an Appian function to return the JWT token. Can anyone advice how to resolve this issue? I represent an ERP from which my customers (Business) will emit signable documents.Currently, if my customer requires a Docusign integration, we ask them to create an appdemo account so that we (, logging in with their credentials, ) can create and configure the App & Key credentials, security settings, etc. Then, when the tests are finished, they have to provide another (this time, paid) account so we can link it with their previous development account.My intention is to create the App & Keys from my Docusign enterprise account for each of these customers whenever they require a Docusign integration. Then, when I finish the mandated 20 integrated tests, I would send them the OAuth link so they can login and authorize using their subscribed account.By doing that, I intend to keep all integration keys my ERP uses in a single, managed, account.Is there an issue here? Hi,I have successfully setup our app integration in the demo environment using my developer account.I am using JWT Grant authentication with the app using my developer account for impersonation.After testing the app using my account (created envelops, got emails for sigs, etc.), I then created another developer account for our Compliance Manager as ultimately the app and all the created envelopes should be under her account.I successfully revoked my authorization grant of the app and use her account to re-grant authentication to it and also switched the impersonation user ID in the App from my ID to hers. It is her User ID that is now used to obtain the access token in the App. The app does show up under her developer account now.The app is successfully creating envelops and the emails correctly show her name as the sender.However, all the envelops that are been created by the App using her account for impersonation still show up under my ac

How to acquire a token? 

Team,I wanted to get a head start on setting up a developers account for an API class I am registered for. Set up succesful but know I cannot access my companies demo account. I logged out of the gmail demo. Every time I access it has that info and goes straight to enter your password. Its not letting me change the email. Any help would be appreciated.

I Implemented SSO login for DocuSign from salesforce using connected app and identity providers.Now I want to navigate to draft documents page in DocuSign after successful SSO login. So, I’ve enabled a 2FA authentication app for my DocuSign account, but I’m not getting any recovery code or one time use codes in the event I lose my phone or get locked out of my authenticator. How do I get these codes for my DocuSign account?   I have one time use codes for all other sites and keep them locked in a safe for security. Thanks.

Hi all, I had a quick look through the forum and I couldn't really find an answer for this, so apologies if it's already been addressed..We are developing our B2C platform and wish to integrate with Docusign to allow two users on the platform interact and sign a contract. Our platform manages its own user base (JWT authentication), and we would like to integrate into Docusign to post and sign documents.The challenge that I have is, from what I can see we need to create a user on Docusign for each user within our platform, meaning they would need to sign up and create an account, please note our users are customers do not have an internal email address within our domain, so any sort of SSO isn't really an option for us.Possibly I'm looking at this wrong or Docusign simply doesn't support our approach but any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks 

I’ve tried these steps https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Redirect-URI-not-registered but still no getting the error message.The redirect URI that is not working is going to a hosted FileMaker Server WebDirect file.  Anyone with experience with that?  Thanks!

Various places in the web GUI and the API libraries reference User IDs, API Account IDs, and Account IDs. What is the difference between these three? What is each used for?Also, if I'm logged into my Docusign account (and it's not a developer account), how do I find these three IDs?

Can you integrate docusign with Ping ? if Yes is there a specific tier you need to be purchasing ?
