I’ve tried these steps https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Redirect-URI-not-registered but still no getting the error message.

The redirect URI that is not working is going to a hosted FileMaker Server WebDirect file.  Anyone with experience with that?  Thanks!

Odd as this is typically an easy fix.  I’d suggest opening a support ticket through our dev site, https://developers.docusign.com/support.  This way you’re not sharing your client id or any other information in a public forum and will allow us to take a closer look.  As long as your redirect in your url matches exactly what is in the client id setup, it should work just fine.

Yes that what I thought to, but for some reason it doesn’t like FM WebDirect.

The normal support site may work.  I’m not sure the contract relationship you have with us, so I linked the developer site support that has more options and may get you to a technical resource more quickly FYI.
