Various places in the web GUI and the API libraries reference User IDs, API Account IDs, and Account IDs. What is the difference between these three? What is each used for?

Also, if I'm logged into my Docusign account (and it's not a developer account), how do I find these three IDs?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

The user ID, The username used to sign into the provided DocuSign instance. To find the API Username, go to the Account settings tab in DocuSign. Under Users And Groups, click Users and select a user.

The API Account ID is the account number that is used to set up API with other programs, To find the API Account ID, go to the Account settings tab in DocuSign. Under Integrations, click API and Keys.

The account number is the identifier that is available for all of the users, to identify in which account are they logged in. To find your DocuSign account number, First, log in to your DocuSign account. 

Click your profile image on the upper-right corner of the console.

Your account number is under your name and/or organization's name on the drop-down menu.

I don't have an Account Settings tab???

Only Admin users have access to the settings tab, you will need to reach the administrator of your account and have him/her update your permission profile in the account.

although I am an Administrator over the App I can not see the Settings Tab too, could you tell me what should I do?

Hi 

As mentioned you need to be a DocuSign Administrator within the app. Reach out to an admin colleague in the system who can check for you. Also check you are using the correct email and password combination to log into the correct account.

Thank you so much for the rapid answer, but I am a Docusign Administrator within the App, despite it I can not see the Settings Tab und I don't have any othe Account within the Docusign.
