Integration keys are not created in Production. You need to setup a demo account and create the key in there. After you've built your API, you request that the key be promoted to your production environment. Complete instructions on the process are on this website: https://developers.docusign.com/
The purpose for this is two fold. Any envelope you create in production is deducted from your purchase amount. As part of your development process, you will need to create several test envelopes to get the code working. All envelopes in demo are free. Secondly, we need you to run some sample API calls to ensure that the code doesn't have issues before it hits the production systems where it could impact other accounts.
So when I create my Demo Sandbox account how do I Transfer this over to our Main account? I cannot find anywhere that creates a Sandbox Demo that is Tied to our main account number. Also your Tier 2 support is impossible to get ahold of and Tier1 support is awful outsourced and hangs up on you. I have a case open for well over a month without receiving one call from Tier2 or a manager as promised countless times.

Can you suggest the steps and options where we can transfer personal account to corporate account in production
You can open a support request at support.docusign.com from the account you own these keys asking them to be transferred to the new account. They could provide more details on what and how these changes can be executed.
