I am trying to use this example from the API request builder. As can be seen in this example, the signer 1 is not assigned any tabs (text1, text2).. All tabs (fields, checkbox etc) are assigned only to Signer2. Yet both Signer1 and Signer2 are able to see the data (values of text1 and text2 tabs) when the envelope is sent for signing. why is this happening? // DocuSign Builder example. I am using Docusign.eSign .NET package to integrate with docusign. I am trying to use BulkEnvelopesApi.CreateBulkSendRequest. I have two roles - Admin and Supervisor and I am assigning two emails to each of these two roles something like this (captured the model as JSON) {   "bulkCopies":  [  {    "recipients":[      {"email":"admin@contoso.com","name":"Admin","roleName":"Admin"},      {"email":"supervisor-1@contoso.com","name":"Supervisor-1","roleName":"Supervisor"},      {"email":"supervisor-2@contoso.com","name":"Supervisor-2","roleName":"Supervisor"}]}    ],    "name":"Demo"}  }  ]}Now, when I call createbulksendlist, i get the error BULK_SEND_ROLE_NAMES_MUST_BE_UNIQUE. I believe this is because I have Supervisor role twice in the JSON. So how do i send the request where multiple recipients share the same role? 

Hello Docusign community,I'm currently integrating Docusign's embedded signature feature into my React TypeScript application. I've followed the steps in the documentation and installed the necessary dependencies, but I'm encountering an error where 'docusign' is not defined. This error appears multiple times throughout my code (e.g., Line 112:26). I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","message":"One or both of Username and Password are invalid. Invalid access token" All other API calls before calling GetDocument are passing OK - for example when calling Envelopes::listDocument (before the GetDocument) to get the list of documents, that returns succesfully. But then with same starting point GetDocument fails.We do checks for token validity etc. before calling these methods and only GetDocument respons with error. What could be the cause and what should we consider?

We recently started having a problem with the 5.2 version (RestSharp error). We updated to the 6.0.0 version and everything is working as expected except for calls to Envelopes API GetDocumentAsync to retrieve the signed document.It doesn’t throw any errors, and we’re handling the stream returned in the same was as before, but now these signed PDFs can’t be opened. Adobe states: “There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired”.If we go into the Admin dashboard we can view and download these just fine. So there is some change in that API call, but I can’t find anything in the documentation or change logs to point to.

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem trying to create an envelope.Getting the error:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code [401] with response Body: O:8:"stdClass":2:{s:9:"errorCode";s:27:"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN";s:7:" message";s:105:"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed. Authentication for System Application failed.";}.All credentials are properly set. Is there any extra configuration to be done with the token received through OAuth?

I am unable void envelope using envelope sdk java. It asks me to add purge state which status is Sent. when I am using the static workflow id, I am getting INVALID_WOKRFLOW_ID but this one was working earlier. Thanks

My agency would like to create an app that can interact with DocuSign independently, without needing human intervention. Specifically:Our ticketing system passes information from a triggering ticket to the app. The app uses this information to create several documents in DocuSign using a template with multiple signers, prepopulating them with data passed from the ticketing system. It then makes a note in a database with some of the data and the newly created envelopes, one document per envelope.  Periodically, by DocuSign trigger if possible otherwise by polling four times a day, the app checks the signing status of each of the documents it is tracking and make a note in the database when a signer has signed.  When the related ticket is resolved, the database entry will be removed and the documents administered manually moving forward.I can find information on how to integrate DocuSign with something having a UI, such as an admin app or a human signer looking at documents through the f

Hi,I have a document that requires drawing a circle to indicate option selection for Yes/No question and I’m using C# SDK to create it.It has to be drawn before sending to recipients Recipients cannot change this The Yes/No selections are not fixed → must be determined when document is being createdMy expected result is like this: I have not found solution for it. Using Java SDK, createEnvelope, I have this error (400) : {"errorCode":"INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER","message":"The request contained at least one invalid parameter. Invalid format for envelope to clone id."}What does this mean ?? In the errors topic of doc, I see no details available about “Invalid format for envelope to clone it”And why cloning the envelope ?I can post the request body if needed.

I am trying to integrate the docusign to my existing project and after adding the docusign SDK dependency from below url to my maven project getting error “com.docusign.esign.client -- Cannot be resolved” I followed adding dependency tag (as stated below) to my pom.xml file. https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/sdks/java/setup-and-configuration/ so after adding the dependency, For testing purpose i added a reference “com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient” to my .java class and started getting above dependency error. do i have to specify any additional dependency for docusing.esign.client apart from below to my pom.xml file? I cannot find any documentation online for how to “Correct” document after it has been sent.I have a new document (newer version) and I want to replace/correct the existing document in envelope.I have tried to use UpdateDocuments, but it is not for envelope already sent.

I am going to integrate eSignature into my application, but I found that it requires JDK 11 or later, while my application is running on JDK 8. However, I can't upgrade because it might lead to uncontrollable issues in production. What should I do?

Hello! I have a node.js application. I need 1 template. At any time I will want to fill out the data in this template, after that create a link for the user to sign in DocuSign. Also I want to receive a call back after successful signing.I don’t understand how to implement it in node.js
