Hello, I cannot seem to find how to sign with the Topaz signature pad. I have been able to capture signatures on the Topaz on https://sigplusweb.com/sign_chrome_ff_sigplusextlite.html. I installed the SigPlusExtLite to the computer desktop. I also added onto the browser the extension, DocuSign eSignature for Chrome. Also, Docusign has access to the site. The NEW button is displayed as well as the drafted documents that are from the Docusign site. Then I click the CONTINUE button, and the document is sent to the DocuSign site. However, the page only has the option to UPLOAD, USE A TEMPLATE, or GET FROM CLOUD. I cannot see where to go from that point. There is no option for the Topaz signature capture.

I know that the DocuSign administrator can set-up envelope sharing but can the end user share with other DocuSign users without the admin intervening. 

There are several users that I have listed in my shared envelopes. Some of the users in my list no longer have accounts in Docusign. How can I remove these orphaned users from my list of shared envelopes when the user account no longer exist?

With the Fall '19 release, we noticed that the new eWitness functionality will be included in Enterprise accounts. For our industry, there's not mention in the regs that speak to how to incorporate witnesses in an electronic process. Is there a use case, form, region or industry that the new eWitness functionality was specifically designed for? Why does DocuSign feel that this new eWitness feature satisfies the requirements of having a witnessed signature? Did anyone hear any information about it at Momentum?

We have 5 admin users. How to view all envelopes sent by all users? I can only see my own envelopes.

My clients only have 1 email address for the 2 of them but I require both to sign individually. Can I send it out to one of them, receive it back completed and then send it out to the other all using the same email address and have 2 verifiable individual signatures?

So apparently it's not possible to send a test template to my own email to check if everything looks good. Which is quite sad. But anyway, I want to be sure that the placeholder for the recipients name works. If my message looks like this, will the email start with the recipients name ? I'm not sure if I understand the concept of the placeholders correctly.. Thanks!

How can the Administration review all envelopes sent by all Users?

Hello all,This is a 2 part ques-I downloaded the Sample Bulk List Template from the DoscuSign site. But I cannot find anywhere what the various columns represent. All I could understand were Name and Email. Where do I specify that the user s an 'In Person Signer' or 'Needs to Sign' or 'Needs to View' etc? and which column is the one where I can specify a not?Also, when I up upload the bulk recipient list, can I preview the recipients and / or make any additions / deletions ?ThanksRaj

We often have situations where the person we are dealing with day to day during the sales process will not sign the order and they often don't know their own internal processes or signature requirements. Using a paper order we would send this to our contact and they woud walk round the office to find the correct authorised signatory and may find that it needs signing by one, two or three people. Can the recipient add signature boxes and forward on to the right people once they have identified them? Thanks

Please cancel my DocuSign account, no longer need it

HelloI have a fixed format contract that is always filled up with the clients' info on site.We collect the clients' info on a separate app that downloads it to an excel spreadsheet.When the admin department gets this info and collects the payment they will use docusing platform to pull up a template (which has the contract and all fields needed) and will start filling up the template manually with the info on the spreadsheet. After that, the envelope is sent for the clients and other parties to sign.My question is about filling up the template fields with the data (clients' info) that we already have on a spreadsheet, instead of having someone doing it manually directly on the template.We are very new to docusign, and haven't found info about this on the knowledge base.Thanks and regardsRaul

How do I download long documents from my email account the simplest way possible

Is it possible to send an envelope to someone to review and then once they approve it to sign it is then sent to the signer? If so, what are the steps to complete this task?

Is it possible to report off envelopes stuck in a correction? Sometimes senders forget to save changes or discard changes holding their envelope in a correct status.

​Our call center will be sending out more documents using the Knowledge Based ID check to verify members before accessing their personal information on a document. I have seen that the number of questions cannot be controlled unless working with support. However, I sent a few test documents to the same user that went through the verification process and they saw the same questions by the 3rd document. Is there a way to add more verification questions? We are trying to determine how many chances we will give a member if they fail the ID check obefore making them come in physically to sign. If they are seeing the same questions over again, that is a red flag for us. What happens to the document if a member does fail the ID check? Thanks

How does the signer change the timezone? It was not correct on their end. It is correct in my account. They don't have an account, how can they make sure it is correct when I send them a document to sign? Thank you

Hi! Is it possible to put our logo in the email received by the customer to sign?

We have issued several documents to supervisors and executive leaders for signature based on annual reviews. As the HR Payroll Administrator, I am the final signature as I update payroll if needed. We have determined that an editable piece of information should be removed from the document as it is no longer necessary. I am deleting that information and initialing but it is now sending it back to the beginning of the workflow for all supervisors to sign again.Is there any way to make the change, initial and then finish the document without it having to be resigned by the other 4-5 parties involved in the collaboration?

Apart from the obvious difference in the size of the signature.I would also like to know what exactly each of these two options is.Thank you

We send forms to clients (Signers) requesting information thru pre-meeting forms but when the individual clients (Signer) receive the envelope or email it appears they are initially being requested to login to access the document (but they have not set up a DocuSign account) and are indicating they don't have a password.

We would like to make an email address editable to the signer. We would have the email field default to the signers email address but if a different email address should be used for invoicing we want to give the signer the ability to modify.

Can the other signers see other signature lines but are just grayed out? Can they also see who else has signed the document or which signature is pending?Thank you so much for your time!
