Hello DocuSign Community,I am working on a form where I need to capture specific numeric values in a "Score" field based on the radio button (bullet point) selected by the user. Currently, I can only set up rules to show or hide fields based on the selection, but I need to directly populate a number field with a predefined value corresponding to each bullet point selected.Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: Depending on which bullet point the user selects, a corresponding numeric value should automatically fill a separate "Score" field. For example, if Option A is selected, the Score field should automatically be set to 100, Option B to 70, and so forth.The existing rules functionality only allows me to show or hide fields but does not support assigning values directly. Is there a workaround or a method within DocuSign to accomplish this?Thank you for your help!

Hi, I’ve been having any issue in trying to activate Docusign on Microsoft Word for a user.The error message received “Please try again or Contact IT. The user lacks sufficient permission to access this resource”Scenario: User already has DS Sender access granted and was able to sign documents that is received on Docusign Portal. Issue only occurs when trying to sign documents directly from Microsoft Word. > Docusign for Microsoft Word was installed without a hitch> Sign-in was successful as MFA prompt was seen cleared from our end.> But user is receiving the notification the error message mentioned in the third line. Additional note: Have tried to install Docusign from AppSource, if it makes any difference, but it still generates an error messsage, albeit a different one, “Please try again or Contact IT. System was unable to convert this document to a PDF. Unable to convert Document (Docusign-for-Word.docx?omex

I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

Hello:  When using the mobile version of Docusign - using an Iphone - wondering how to get to the Docusign contacts section.  It only shows the Iphone contacts.   Thanks.  

We use DocuSign for time and attendance slips.  We have noticed that a time slip will be signed by the associate, manager, and HR, but we continue to receive duplicate copies of the slip.  The manager reports similar duplicate e-mails.  I recently received an e-mail from a time slip that had been completed in August.  Is there a way to prevent this?  

I’m trying to use the sdk for an integration, and when I pass the credentials in the “RequestJWTUserToken” method, it errors out at the first null check:“if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(userId))”. When looking at the userId object, it’s set correctly to my User ID on DocuSign. Situation - I have created a form which is tied to underlying template. I am using a configuration to generate the document based off of form and then launching the workflow.Workflow is configured to run at Document generation configuration. However, I do not see Documents.Document.Id variable for the main generated document but am only able to see the fields in the form, i.e., Params.Params.TemplateFieldData.Attachments_Attachments.Attachments_SingleValue.0.Document.Uid".However, if I change workflow config to trigger based off Document then I do not see form fields. Not sure where I am going wrong.But I am unable to assign document IDs of both main and attached documents in one workflow and unable to generate a combined document.Also, in case a user has uploaded multiple files, how would we capture document ID for each as template only shows 1 variable.Any help would be highly appreciated.

I’m trying to use RequestJWTUserToken on the C# SDK, but it keeps failing at “RestClient.SendRequest(Request)”. The docuSignResponse object keeps coming back with a StatusCode of “InternalServerError”. My coworker is able to run a separate project just fine, so the error must be on my end. Does anyone know what might cause the response to error? I’ve checked and made sure the clientId = Integration Key, userId = User ID, and the string from privateKeyBytes matches my RSA Private Key. Hey there!I've been trying to pay repeatedly for my docusign plan for two weeks now. Unfortunately, I can't process the payment, but my bank couldn't tell me where the problem is. It is said that the payment is with the supplier's payment gateway.I'm trying to get somewhere through docusign support, but it's completely useless... I need to write to someone, the bot is of no use to me.Does anyone know what to do please?Tomas

I have a document in an envelope which I want 2 people to sign and I need to include their name and job title in the document.  The first person is in my organisation so I know their name and job title so that can be text in the original document.  I think I know the person in the other organisation, but to cater for when I need to resend to a different person, I’ve used the Name field which uses the name from the recipient details. For the job title, I’ve tried to use Title from the standard fields and set it to Read Only expecting to get a box to enter text (as seen in support ) but I only have the options shown in the screenshot.Is this functionality dependent on the plan I have?

When signing a document the next document that is proposed is the most recent one to be approved however I would prefer to have the oldest one be proposed. Can this setting be changed?  Reason being is if you’re always signing the most recent - the older ones will keep getting pushed out. First is first out. not last in first out

Hello,do anyone know how many documents I can send/attach in one envelope bothfor manual sending and for sending via APIBackground: I have different 3,000 documents which have to be signed from exactly 2 signers (the same signer for all documents). And know I’m searching for a good solution. In best case I would attach all 3,000 documents and docusign will place the signing fields automatically (auto-positioning).Thanks and regards,Cornelius

Has anyone had a recipient get a notification that says they no longer have access because the sender corrected one or more of the documents? I was the sender and I downloaded the completed forms but never edited or even touched the actual information in those documents. The recipient received a message saying:“[SENDER] has corrected individual document A, B, C, and/or D. As a result, you no longer have access.” Thoughts?Thanks!

Is there a way to add the file number the disbursement for the envelope will be charged to so it will show on reports?

Hi, I'm working in Salesforce. I have created a template with DocGen which has the value \s1\ in it. This should be the Anchor text tag to put the signing box in the document. However, when I'm in the singing process, the box doesn't appear when I'm in the “Prepare & Send’ stage. I still see \s1\ in the document. We want to create a dynamic document where we can completely automate the process of signing. So when the document is ready we want to upload it and the signing box should appear with the anchor text.Does somebody now a fix?Thanks in advance!

My question is if I purchase extra envelopes, how long do I have to use them? Do the newly purchased unused envelopes expire when my plan renews, or is a separate time frame in which I have to use them based on the date of purchase? My plan renews next month, so I don’t want unused envelopes that won’t carry over past the automatic renewal date. I can make due with the amount I have left until my renewal if need be.

I can access admin panel, but has no option to downgrade or cancel account. Bot is useless and I cannot open ticket. Is there a way to contact Docusign so they avoid charge back and claim for abusive recurring billing ?

I created a template and powerform in sandbox.  The powerform was tested and works well.  When I downloaded the template and uploaded to production and created a powerform, the conditional routing is removed.  Shouldn’t this work in production?  I have the same groups in TEST and PROD

Hi there, I have a rather unusual question. I sent a document to a customer for signature an recieved a scanned PDF document with a handwritten signature besides my digital signature coming from docusign. Is it possible to upload this to the envelope, or do I definitely have to ask the customer to use the digital signing process. Best RegardsBen

Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached (expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached? We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

We submitted our app for Go Live approval on November 19th, after successfully passing the automated review of 20 API calls.
