This “Email Message” field isn’t “rich text” type, in other words, there is no way to change the font format there.

However, you can custom your email message using Brands. Please, check this video below: 

Also, if you’re looking to custom this sender message especifically, depends of your account plan, you can use the Resource FIle to do it (some advance HTML/XML knowledge may be necessary): Resource Files
