The customer is using our integration with DocuSign and has access to both a regular DocuSign account and a CFR Part 11 account. However, they are consistently directed to the regular DocuSign account, regardless of their actions. Even when the user logs out and explicitly logs in with the Part 11 account or sets it as their default, they remain unable to access it and are continuously connected to the regular DocuSign account.is there a way via the APIs to provide the customer the option to select between the regular and Part 11 accounts when using the same email address?

I’m trying to complete a simple task, but have found myself inside the novel Catch-22.All I need to do is access my Docusign invoices. I thought it would be straightforward. I followed Docusign’s guide on how to do this, and the guide stated that if the invoices are not visible for me (as they were not) then I need to contact support by opening a case.When I try to open a case the ‘open new case’ button briefly flashes up as the page loads and then disappears and is not therefore not clickable. I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and Mobile with no luck.I then tried their phone support which just provides an automated message telling me to open a case. Are DocuSign trolling me?Can anyone make any suggestions about how I can get support or do I just delete my account and use a better alternative in future?Thanks in advance.Ed

I need the power form to be saved in a specific location after competition.I have 3 individuals that need to work on the form. The first signer (can’t change the order) does not have the option to save the form after completion. Is there a way you can program a power form to go to a specific location after completion?

I’m trying to figure out how to have a custom Link to next step process (Expression builder?) to take the user back to a specific document that has a pending task assigned to it.  Here’s my current high level process:I have a Master Document that gets generated with a task to do something.  In order for the user to complete the task there need to be supplemental documents submitted.  I have a totally different “intake workflow” built to kick off a User Task to review incoming documents. This Workflow finds the Master document and relates the supplemental documents upon arrival.  I’d like for that separate workflow to redirect the the User to the Master Document task screen.   Current outcome. Dear All, could you help me?When I created a new envelope because I want to collect all signature of a new contract, I set all recipients including all info and messages, order of the signatures ecc.What I can do if I have an attached 1 page pdf document which is linked to the contract, BUT I want to show ONLY for 1 or 2 signers (and definitly not for all).How I can insert additional pdf file which is available ONLY for the pre-set signer and hidden for the other signers?Thanks for your help! Hi,I need assistance with an issue regarding the bulk send function. I sent an envelope to approximately 180 people, but the majority claim they never received it. However, the history shows that the envelopes were delivered on the day they were sent. Last week, I was asked to resend the envelope to these users, and some even show as having viewed the envelopes. The managers believe it might be a glitch with DocuSign, but I don't understand how the system can indicate delivery if the recipients didn't receive it. They have all checked their junk folders, and the email addresses are correct.Thanks

I am trying to generate a URL to embed a document signature on my website. The URL is embedding successfully, but the problem is that my document template has two roles: "admin" and "user." I want to generate the URL for the "user" role. However, sometimes the generated URL shows the signature area for the admin role, and other times it shows no option to upload or add a signature. I have researched the issue and found a suggestion to check the recipient ID. I checked the recipient ID for the envelope ID "". I’d like to create an template with seven external Signers (no DocuSign-Account) where only one out of this seven has to sign the documents. The signature should be placed on the same place on several pages. Are there any suggestions for me, how i can proceed. We are currently using DocuSign with the web-interface.

Hello, I have added my colleague to our docusign account and he has never been able to log in, never with “forget password” or using a verification code. It’s as if his email is somehow blacklisted. We can’t figure it out but need to solve it and I can’t get in touch with a real human to help support us. We have a paid subscription. 

HelloI have a partially signed document.2 out of 4 have signed I would like to make changes in the doc, in the means that the 2 remaining ones need to also sign at an additional place where the 2 that already have signed added there an extra signature. If I go into editing, correction mode, I could do that but Im afraid if such changes would trigger that the 2 that already have signed, will receive the document again to repeat and sign again?Can someone confirm if I do not make changes applied to the 2 users that have already signed, that the other changes wont trigger them to sign again. Many thanks 

While fetching complete document after sign completion of document through docusign , I am not getting correct form of document, it’s content type is HTML, as well it was working fine in sandbox account, when i fetch document using Api, it appears to be in PDF format, now this is creating issue in production account.Error says: You need to enable JavaScript to run this app. and environment :”NAPROD” in  html 

We have created a flow where a signer needs to sign with witness.  The witness needs to be a legal adviser.  We have had one person sign and allocate incorrectly and so their witness has declined.  The envelope has now disappeared and I can only see it in my sent items - I want to allow the individual to send to a new witness - how can we do this if it no longer exists and why has it ceased to exist?!

Hello, I am a DocuSign administrator and I have the ability to transfer draft envelopes of mine to other users within the same account.  I went and transferred 30+ of my drafts to another user within my account a couple hours ago and they can not see it. I transferred over a single draft envelope and they saw it within minutes.  I looked in my deleted and its not there and i looked in their deleted and its not there. Is this a timing issue where it takes time to transfer ownership? If not can this be recovered? It took a couple days to make these drafts and do not want to delay this project by remaking envelopes. 

Hi,I’ve been having an error message while trying to sign a document that was sent to me. this has been lasting since last week. I have tried opening the document in another browser and I<m still getting the same error. I have tried on my phone and I’m getting the same error. here is a screen shot  

I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week.  DocuSign suspended our account today.  I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.Terrible customer support!!!! Maybe Sharefile wants our e-signing business. 

We have implemented DocuSign and want to start implementing DocuSign with Human Resources department. It is important to create a subgroup for the confidentiality of the documents and they need to share documents inside this subgroup (or via a Goggle Drive if possible). Hi Everyone - Long time lurker - first time poster. We have OLDer, retired packages that seemed to have bit the dust this week - We have docusign for esignature and docusign for Salesforce CPQ (Retired) - We have about 80 CPQ quote templates and recently, users are getting an infinite screen load when clicking on “Send with Docusign” from the quote.As a workaround, I’ve removed the “Review before sending” from all quote templates (but i hate this for user experience) - but it works. No one wants to help because packages are retired so I get it - but my question is - for everyone using CPQ and Docusign and had to migrate to DAL (which we do have but we only use for SF billing w/ Doc Gen) - is it possible to build the same button/user experience? Can I use the quote templates I’ve already built? Anyone with any guidance?
