I’ve implemented an imbedded signature request integration using the javascript library https://js-d.docusign.com/bundle.js, submitting signingUrl with displayFormat as ‘focused’. It’s implementing an iframes response into the div signing-ceremony div. I don’t want frames or iframes. I don’t want a second scrollbar right inside the first. I want this in a div tag - no frames. It looks like the content inserted starts with an iframe with id - js-library-iframe. Inside that, there’s another html start, header, body - and another iframe - id ds-signing-document - which has yet another html start, header, body, and multiple sections - one with a scroll bar. The code coming in from the javascript seems excessively complicated when all I want is the document with the ability to sign. I'm using DocuSign eSignature with both a developer account and a Business Pro account. I've successfully developed some apps in my developer account, and after going through the Go Live process, everything integrated smoothly. For each app, I've received an envelope from the DocuSign API team containing all the necessary details.However, I'm facing an issue:When I try to fetch all envelopes using the following endpoint: `https://docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountID}/envelopes` I can retrieve all my envelopes, except for those sent by the DocuSign API team. These specific envelopes don't show up in the list. On the other hand, when I use this endpoint: `https://docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{accountID}/envelopes/{envelopeID}` and pass the envelope ID from the DocuSign API team, I'm able to fetch the envelope without any errors.Can you explain why this is happening? I’m using the url returned from createSenderView and I managed to edit preview and edit the fields :)  I would like to download the PDF before sending it to, Is it possible?When I’m using the api of documents/archive I’m getting the PDFs empty (without the fields I configured). Is there an option to download it with the configured fields? (in the same state the sender would get it). 

Hello, I am develping an app that uses power automate and the Docusign connector. My issue is that I want multiple different users to use the app. So I need to make a separate docusign connection for each one on the platform. The issue is that when deploying to production I should authenticate again and login for each connection separatelly as you can see in the screenshot, and this is only an initial deploy, more user are to be added. Is this the right way to do it? In this case I need to gather everyone when I want to deploy to log in separetelly and do the 2 factor authentication? Are there any guidlines on how to move from docusign demo connectors to Docusign in production?  aanmelden = sign in

I completed the creation of new anchor tags for 'Date Signed' to be used as a DocuSign tag, and the necessary changes were made to include the new DateSigned tab on the controller side. However, the problem is that the DateSigned value is prepopulating with the current date when the document is opened. While DateSigned is treated as a property in DocuSign, similar to InitialHere and SignHere, it isn't loading correctly. I applied the date logic in the report, but the same approach isn't working for DateSigned.What mappings are required to ensure that the DateSigned field only displays the date when the signature is actually added in a C# MVC application?

I already app one app live in Docusign prod, now i am pushing one more app from Docusign demo account to Docusign prod that is connected to different SF instance & usecase is little different, since my prod account is common for both apps what other think would remain common like the API account id, user Id & just the integration key would be different, is it correct understanding?

Hi,My web app contains a form where all input data is applied to a designed template on DocuSign. When template is created the user is redirected to DocuSign, where they complete the signing procedure, including all necessary clicks. After the signing process is done, the user is redirected back to the web app.My goal is to build a solution that allows users to sign and send a document with a single click, such as an 'Agree & Sign' button. The intention is to avoid redirecting them to the DocuSign page for the signing process, as there has been a 40% drop-off rate during that step.I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it.Thanks

Hi, I have set up a Docusign webhook to notify my application when an envelope has been completed (i.e. signing complete), and I am receiving the signed documents to store in my application. However, I also want Docusign to send me information on my document (not Docusign information, but identifiers from my application).  I tried to use custom fields, but I don’t want to have to use an endpoint to retrieve the information (as getting a token at this point would not be feasible). So, is there a way to have Docusign send me the information directly with the signed Documents?

Dear all,  I search a way to notify automatically persons when an envelope is completed . These persons have no action in the signing process and I don’t want them having access to some documents. The NeedI have found the following info in How to set document visibility for envelope recipients | DocusignNote: A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document. Carbon Copy, Certified Delivery (Needs to Sign), Editor, and Agent recipients can always see all documents, unless they are specifically excluded using the excludedDocuments property when an envelope is sent. Is this property available in Docusign website ? 

HiI need to retrieve org id's from id_token, but coid field is missing. I retrieved the token according to this page: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/consent/obtaining-admin-consent-external/I know token needs to be decoded. I'm able to get json, my problem is that coid field is not returned.Should I provide some detailed params to retrieve it?BR

I have done custom from Salesforce to Docusign using Esignatue API and created multiple templates in Docusign now whenever an end user choose any template from Salesforce to send for E-signature, It show my “Name ” & my “Email Id” stamped on the email when the recipient gets it but why?, could anybody help here?

Hello,I have an DocuSign App in my Account. This can be access by the Other userID by giving consent out side my organization. But the Thing is even if he uses my app to send the Envelope the envelope is Sent from his Own account. I cannot Ask client to do the setup like Configure the Webhook and Connect Keys and give it to my Portal, As I am using Hmac validation to validate the request. Is there a way to track the envelope Status of that Account and my Account Webhook can detect that status and Publish those events to my listener, Without having the client to configure his account with Hmac and Webhook Configuration. I have successfully created a request for a signature as remote signing using a document created on the fly with htmldefinition. Once the envelope expires, what status does it reflects? Also if i changed my Expiration in my Docusign account to 1 day so how does backend docusign calculation works to calculated 1 days, for eg from the time i sent the envelope or at some specific time the countdown starts?
