Chinese letters do not work correctly

Hello experts,I'm facing a problem with Docusign when sending an envelope via APIbasically when I get to the email to sign it, some Chinese letters don't appear properly, but when I convert the base64 sent to PDF, they appear correctly.Has anyone faced something similar? Could you help me with the solution?error:ok:
