Tabs Questions

How can we send the tabs information to DocuSign? I have already sent the api details and document changes in my previous email? How can we set the reminders for DocuSign document through API? We have a producer signature in our pdf after the applicant and co applicant sign the documents is there any way DocuSign can set the producer signature in the pdf document?

Couldn't recognize fields from Base64

Integrating DocuSign with Drupal and FillPDF

Hello all, My organization is currently trying to integrate DocuSign with the Drupal website that uses FillPDF extension to fill PDF documents. The idea is that the PDF document is filled in by FillPDF (complete), then it sends the filled PDF to DocuSign (where we have already created a template and were able to sign it manually), which, in turn, opens the document and allows the user to sign it. Then, this document is returned to Drupal website and stored locally under a specific name. We have already tried to install DocuSign Signature module to our Drupal website but all it does is provide generic examples. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

What is the difference between a User ID, an API Account ID, and an Account ID.

Various places in the web GUI and the API libraries reference User IDs, API Account IDs, and Account IDs. What is the difference between these three? What is each used for? Also, if I'm logged into my Docusign account (and it's not a developer account), how do I find these three IDs?

Is it possible that docusign signs the s-mime mails with a company certificate so that the users can be sure it is not phishing and a genuine e-mail?

We have a lot of phishing mails pretending to be from docusign. We have had an awereness training for the users, but it should be really awesome if we could let docusign sign the e-mails with a certificate so that the users are sure that it is from our company. Is this possible or on a roadmap?

The rules set up are working well because the signed documents are uploaded to my GDrive space but I can't directly redirect the upload to a folder belonging to this GDrive. I use DocuSign in my company. How could I automatically save signed documents to somewhere all the managers can view?

I would like to save a signed document somewhere other managers can view. For example, I'd like to make sure all the signed purchase orders are saved a single location all the managers can review.

Silent Install

Has anyone figured out a silent installation method for the printer? I have 70 machines and none of my users are local administrators. Connecting to each machine and manually installing it will take hours when I could have it done in PDQ Deploy in a few minutes. There's a 5 year old thread with a supposedly working set of switches but it appears that no longer works with the current installer.

Can we integrate the DocuSign process into a Mail Merge process? This way I can use my list to send to thousands of clients via mail merge with DocuSign process only on the interior

Trying to make this easier for our organization and utilize Mail Merge functionality to send it to a list of client contacts who would then each be the initial signee (or forward to the right signee). Dont' want to have to manually type in a different initial signee each time, which is how this appears to work.

Ideas for how to determine the template selected in a DocLauncher?

Hi, so I am developing a DocLauncher with multiple templates that have slightly different intake forms but all launch the same workflow. Ideally, the workflow would select different branches of logic depending on which template was selected but in order to do so it would need to know which template was selected, the heart of the problem. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for tackling this problem? The brute force strategy would be to simply copy the workflow into different variants, one for each template/intake form, but this really increases cost of maintenance and developing new features. A slightly more elegant approach would be to refactor common parts of the workflow into "component" workflows but there's only so much that can be componentized and it's a non-trivial amount of work I'd like to avoid if possible.

SMS Authentication not being sent out when testing with SDK

I am using the SDK provided by DocuSign. I am instantiating a RecipientSMSAuthentication object and adding one phone number to the list. When I send the document through DocuSign, the recipient is not receiving a SMS for authentication. How can I enable SMS authentication? I've verified that the settings are configured correctly on the Admin portal. Is this something not available when using the demo environment perhaps? Appreciate any help, thank you
