Salesforce/Apex Toolkit

We are using the apex toolkit in Salesforce to generate documents and then create an envelope. However, once the envelope has been created, we would like to allow the user to view the envelope and make adjustments before actually sending. Is there any way to provide the user with (or redirect the user to) the Send with Docusign view after creating an envelope with the apex toolkit? A screenshot of what I’m talking about is below.  

 Hi, I have developed a Screen Flow for sending contract documents, utilizing the 'Send With DocuSign' action (apex-dfsle__EnvelopeConfigurationBulkRequest). Below is the screenshot for reference.(2- Flow element) The envelope is sent immediately when the flow reaches this element step. I want to allow the user to preview the template before it's sent. The template's options have been set to 'Place Fields'.(1- Options) However, it behaves as if it's set to 'Send Now' when I send it through Flow. Is it possible to preview the envelope before sending, as if we are sending it using a button in the page layout? Thanks. 1- Options 

Here is my scenario:In Salesforce, I have an Opportunity that can be related to multiple Opportunity Documents (custom object). There are three Opportunity Documents: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Contract, and Onboarding Policy Agreement. We created Gen templates for each of these.Each document may have a different person that needs to sign. For example, Bob may need to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Contract while Alice needs to sign the Onboarding Policy Agreement. As such, we have a "Signer" field captured on Onboarding Document.Lastly, there could be multiple of one document on an Opportunity that needs to be signed. For instance, we may have two copies of a Non-Disclosure Agreement that needs signature for one opportunity.Our thinking is that we could create an LWC that leverages the apex toolkit to allow a user to, at any point, select one or more Opportunity Documents and then click a button called Generate Envelope. My company uses our DocuSign integration to send varying amounts of documents in each envelope, and we are adding an optional field that needs to be on each page, but will always be the same value throughout the envelope if the recipient does choose to fill it in. I’ve seen that data replication is possible for fields using the API, but haven’t found any references or instructions specifically related to the Apex toolkit.Can the Apex toolkit set multiple fields to replicate the data of any one that is filled in by the recipient?

Hello DocuSign Community,I am currently creating an envelope with multiple merge fields positioned using anchor tags. The client edits these merge fields before completing the document, and the values are then written back to Salesforce. In another process, I want to send this document to another recipient using the Apex Toolkit and a trigger, which works well.However, I need the previously used merge fields to be read-only in this new context. When launching a DocuSign signing session from a Salesforce Community site using Lightning Web Components, the signing session initiates correctly as per the guidelines from the DocuSign site with reference of link - https://developers.docusign.com/docs/salesforce/how-to/embedded-sending-signing/. Hi, I am working on setting up an integration with Docusign for Salesforce, the last thing I did was update the token, then I tried to send an envelope and got the error message:  The specified Integrator Key was not found or is disabled. Invalid account specified for user” in a demo account.Checked in salesforce that integration key is matching with integration key is matching DocuSign account integration key. Hi team, I have a Custom button calling screen flow in Salesforce. The flow is setup to “Send with DocuSign” as per below:  I have quite extension Screen documentation for errors, and the flow completes successfully:The envelope (related to the ID I’m using above) works when I execute it directly - however, when the flow completes, I don’t get any errors, it completes, but the Envelope is not sent. If I edit the envelope template ID slightly, the flow fails - so I knwo the ID is correct… Similiarly, I know the correct object is being sent through…Is it possible to get any feedback from the APEX action so I can tell if it worked or not. Hello everyone, We have Salesforce and DocuSign integration, I have a requirement to setup a DocuSign envelope template on custom object and that record is created by a guest user via a form on a cloud experience site. I need to send a DocuSign Gen template using the Apex Toolkit within Salesforce. My goal is to automate document generation based on specific Salesforce records and trigger it programmatically. Need to incorporate Gen templates into the process. Are there any best practices, examples, or specific considerations when using Gen templates with Apex? I have a use case, in which I need to generate an envelope with a document to sign, once generated collect the URL of the document to sign and return it in my Apex function (this URL is retrieved by another external service), once the customer has signed the document I need to attach it in Salesforce in the customer file. Hi! I have a question regarding tabs. I have a document template where i have placed some text tabs and i want to reference those tabs inside apex so that i can pre fill a value in those tabs when the envelope is sent. So i do not want to create a text tab in apex and place it on the document but i want to pre fill a tab that already exists in the document template by somehow referencing it in my apex code.Is that possible? Thank you!

Got this error while made some changes on the layout like checked the check box for opportunity record type in layout got the below mentioned error how to resolve it  Failed to update layouts. Hello!I am currently using the Apex Toolkit to send envelopes from Salesforce and i have a question about Tabs. I have a TextTab with an hardcoded value (so i use the withValue() method) that i am attaching to a recipient. This tab is not read-only, so the recipient of the envelope can update the field. My question is: where does this tab value go once the document is completed and saved back to Salesforce? I tried looking on theDocuSign Envelope Document object and the DocuSign Envelope Recipient but i don't seem to find it. My requirement is to save back the value of this tab with a trigger on another object, so i need to  be able to access those tabs and values from somewhere in salesforce.I hope i gave a clear enough explanation.Thank you

In a Salesforce to DocuSign integration.In admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys, I created an app and integration key for use with a SF Partial sandbox.  I went through the Go Live and promoted that IK to DocuSign Production, and am using it in SF Production environment.  My SF Partial integration settings have not been changed and are still using the IK that has been promoted.Are the envelopes that are being generated via SF Partial, since it is using the same IK as Prod, being created with a monetary charge?  I just looked at a new signed doc from SF Partial and it has the red Demo language in the upper right.

While I am sending my template for the user to sign. I want the template name to be updated with Templatename _ Contactname or Id. I am trying to use the withName method from envelope but it is throwing me some error. Method does not exist or incorrect signature: void withName(String) from the type dfsle.Envelope. Current scenario :: I have my docusign template uploaded in docusign site and am using that envelopeId to get the template in my apex class. But while I send the template, I want the template Name to have templateName_ContactName.

I am sending document using apex. Sending and signing is happening properly also, document is attaching back to salesforce record once signing is completed by all parties.I also want to update field in salesforce record based on envelope status. We have a request to automatically generate a docusign gen template that contains merge fields from an opportunity then automatically send it.I found this video on YouTube https://youtu.be/cjOFo_j1PS0?si=FG-Sz0Qna9dUbfq5Which uses the genAndConvertEnvelope endpoint and provides a code example in the link but I’m new to Apex and stuck as to how to use the genAndSendEnvelope end point to go one step further and send the generated document via the api.Does anyone have any apex code examples they could share or any advice on how to do it please?I would like to do it with combination of flow and invocable apex where flow passes recordId, docusign templateId (with merge fields), recipient name and email as invocable variables to the apex class then use an at future method to make the callout to generate the document, create envelope, add generat

​I want to use invocable apex and flow to automatically generate a gen template, add it to an envelope and send it.Does anyone have any code snippets/examples they can share on how to achieve this? 

We have a record triggered flow that no user will be involved in. A web form will be coming in from our website and trigger the flow and if it meets certain criteria we want a DocuSign envelope to be sent to the two email addresses we have gathered in the process.  Again, we will not have a user clicking a button or interacting with the template/envelope at all.When I test my flow, I get no errors but I also cannot find the DocuSign envelope that was created. We are using the standard ‘Send with DocuSign’ apex action within the flow. Is there a way to troubleshoot the standard apex action?  

We have created Docusign template in Docusign Developer account and fetched this template in Salesforce Org via Omnistudio docusign setup. The latest template was fetched in Salesforce org, we have invoked this template for e-signature in Omniscript Using Docusign envelope action element and have also invoked the respective data raptor transform which should ideally dynamically populate the data in Docusign Template when the data label is same as data raptor Transform Docusign Output field. Currently the values from DR Transform are not populated though DR transform is returning the required data.
