DocuSign in Salesforce - combine certificate of completion and document in returned file

I understand the current situation where after a document is signed, you get the signed document and certificate of completion as two separate files in the Salesforce record, and you'd like this to return as one file--the signed document with the certificate of completion appended to the end. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow me to share more information about this.

The signed document and CoC PDFs will always be separate from our integration. However, you can set it up to combine the documents in the envelope, but please note that the COC will always be separate.

I’m a little confused on the vocabulary here so I just want to clarify. I’m not sure what “separate from our integration” means. And I’m not sure what “combine the documents in the envelope” means, but it sounds like you’re saying there’s no way to do what I’m asking.

So to clarify, you’re saying it’s not possible to have the signed document and the CoC returned to Salesforce as one file.
